Room booked was not available, and this began the experience. Room assigned did not have the secondary security lock on the door. The door to the toilet and shower was falling off the hinges. Hotel was supposed to be smoke free, however, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. In their defense, the hotel is under renovation, but there is no excuse for the failure to clean and maintain the rooms.

Lots of roaches. Door didn't lock all the way, stains on pillows, small fridge was falling off the shelf, toilet wasn't secured to the floor, bathtub/shower was nasty, caulking had mold in it. Floors were not clean, floors were sticky, A/C couldn't be adjusted. Staff at the front looked annoyed that I was even checking in.

There was one amazingly patient, kind, and hard working front desk attendant who helped me make the best of the situation. I asked for cleaning spray and a rag and took care of the tub and surface cleaning of the second room. Then I got a clean sheet to wrap up in for the night. I didn’t want to ask for a different room because there was already another family with a small child looking for a second room since their first one had no AC. We felt bad for the lone front desk worker doing the best she could with what she had. Would not recommend a stay at the Vicksburg, MS Red Roof Inn.

I was particularly impressed with the thickness and quality of the bath towels.

The room was supposed to be blocked from use because a dog had urinated on the carpet and the spell was permanent. The room smells

Service was poor nobody clean out the entire stay It was a a microwave in the room didn’t work I went the front desk they told me to go to the kitchen where service breakfast I had my sleeping clothes on

The property did not appear to be clean, nor did it appear in good repair. It was booked at a budget price, and you get what you pay for. Staff was disinterested, common areas were dirty. The room was not very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were clean, fresh, and new. The a/c worked well. If you need to stop in Vicksburg late at night, and will get up early and go, it is a decent choice. I wouldn't consider it for a multi-day stay. There are convenient places to eat nearby. The free breakfast was poor, with scant offerings.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The hallways stairs and elevator were filthy. The side doors were propped open with rocks. Not secure at all.

The whole motel, including the room, was dirty. That was literal food smashed in the hallways. The elevator looks like it hasn’t been mopped in months. There was trash outside. Our fold out Couch didn’t even have a mattress on it. We’ll never stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful anytime we had a need, but that is the only plus to this motel.

Not for sure where to start. We arrive had to get the lady at the front desks attention she was watching something on her phone, then she had to reprint our paper out and then was saying we had reserved two rooms and we only reserved one. We walk into our room and you immediately get hit with the smell of urine ok well I guess that’s the price you pay when you are traveling with a pet even though your pet is completely potty trained. They assume yours is not and just pet you in a “pet” room. Then we go to get into bed we have two separate beds and both of our sheets apparently or I am hoping that they both had stains on the sheets. We purchased a room that was supposed to be premium with snacks that was not that case nor did we get our snacks. Not to mention very limited handicap parking and it being taken up by people with no tags or placards showing.
