Red Roof Inn Plus & Suites Vicksburg

Room had a lit smell to it. Ask for an iron(no in the room) it took 24 hours to get it and even then I believe to be the manager of housekeeping/maintenance asked if we ever gotten it..and he had to go get it. Overall use to be a decent place to stay for the price. But now going down hill. I'll just whether spend a little extra at a top notch hotel in vicksburg,Ms. Then here again. This place was more of a company type hotel... come nightfall nowhere to park because the big work trucks took up at least 2-3 parking spots.

Decent. Poor cleanliness and the bed was absolutely terrible. Almost got up in the night and slept on the floor.

Pretty nice hotel for the price. Front desk could try to be more friendly but was not rude either. Room was clean and spacious, outside was well kept and it is in a decent area. Wendy’s and Kroger within walking distance. Good value for the money if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, shower and go. I’d recommend it and will stay there again when I’m in town.

Hotel needs several upgrades veryyyyyy out dated floors are nasty bathrooms are gross you smell the room before you open the door never again

Needs lots of repairs & cleaning

Unfortunately, this was probably the worst hotel at which I have ever stayed. After changing rooms FOUR TIMES, my girls and I resigned to squeeze into the room that our boys got. It was not a nice stay at say the least.

This place was okay but it needs a lot of up daters and they say they have breakfast however there wasn’t any!

Breakfast was not good. Everything from the room to breakfast area were very dirty and unsanitary.

The check in process was quick and the staff was very professional

I liked the property’s location. It was close to the military park and other attractions.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there wasn’t really a breakfast provided.

So when I got there the stuff was really helpful and we got to our room really fast. However when we got to the room there were a few things wrong. All the pillows were on one bed and the other bed had no blanket, the smoke alarm was beeping all night cause it needed more batteries, the certain on the right side was broken so half of it was just hanging there, there wasn’t a tv remote in the room nor wash cloth. So I’ll say based on my stay the only good thing about this hotel was the staff.

Oh, and half the time we walked by the front desk, there was nobody there. One time, it was because the front desk worker who demanded that I sign a paper saying I wouldn’t smoke was outside smoking. Seriously terrible hotel experience.

The room was clean, the breakfast was very sparse compared to most. No butter, no forks, the waffles were alright but needed accessories. There was very little offered honestly. The staff seemed just there not really very personalable.

The stay was good, although we didn’t have a shower curtain in the bathroom nor did we have a trash can in the room or a remote for the tv.

Great staff and price is great!
