It was clean Our room didn’t have air so we had to change rooms and our second room when we got in the shower the handle fell off

Tried to cancel still haven’t heard back- was driving at night didn’t even stay there. I guess I am more frustrated with the management.

Only complaint is the front loader washing machines smell bad and if they could get cleaned little more often it would be great. Otherwise, my stay here is great, staff is very friendly and attentive, and I plan to stay for several months.

location was great access close to the highway, staff and room accommodations are great for longer stays. I really like the 24-hour gym and laundry options offered here. Only complaint is the front loader washing machines smell bad and if they could get cleaned little more often it would be great. Otherwise, my stay here is great, staff is very friendly and attentive, and I plan to stay for several months.

This is an absolute lovely place to stay. We checked in with our grouchy cat and although you do have to pay a fee for having an animal, they were gracious, and the rooms had bowls and everything we needed for him. The room is nicely appointed, clean, and feels like home. I highly recommend this hotel
