The location was great with easy access to all the places I needed to be. I appreciate them meeting my request for double beds to accommodate me and my family for the week. I liked that there was free washing and drying. My family enjoyed the free coffee. I liked that the room was spacious and perfect for the week with the kitchenette. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely nice to meet. If we have to stay in Vicksburg again I will be booking with Candelwood again. I did not love the outdoor area. I understand most extended stay places do not have a pool but it would have been nice to have an area for loungers with umbrellas for tanning and relaxing. The only other negative I could think of, it might be helpful to upgrade the door locks or the key cards. My key card had to be exchanged at least four times and re-magnetized at least six times. Now the staff was more than willing to do it, but it was just frustrating at times.

Nothing Booked room with 2 queens, got 1 queen wasn't worth it

Pet friendly - however, there was no amount POSTED online or in the foyer of hotel that told "how much" additional charge was for having a pet. $75 wasn't unreasonable, but I feel it should have been posted.

The room was clean and a good floor plan. The lobby was dark and uninviting. It wasn't unclean, but didn't seem very clean. I expected more for the price point.

It was cool but our door was extremely jammed to where we had to football tackle it to get out.

The location, friendly staff, and size of the room as well as the furnishings. More face towels needed in the room.

Thought the pet fee was high at 75.00. Most places charge 50.00. Also it was not discussed on line when booking

Location was perfect. Very good job by the staff keeping things clean, and the staff was very polite.
