A lot of things was broke and so many marks and crack walls the fire alarm was broken and stuffed with tissue couldn’t get in the bathroom door was stuck and bed was very loud when laying on it

If you have someone with you that cannot climb stairs, avoid this place. My wheelchair-bound father was unable to climb stairs. No elevator. No ramp. No notice that either of these were available. Also, no refund. I’ll be discussing this establishment with others.

The mattress was hard as a brick . If you like hard mattresses this is the place for you . Other than that it was great The beds . They were clean but so hard

Lela and Michelle were fabulous. Everything else was not good. I’m really wondering how they won best motel 6 in 2026. The floors were dirty. The refrigerator was not working at all. The toilet paper roller was broken and tucked in the corner behind the toilet. There were plaster patches on the wall.

I had someone who claimed to be from the front desk who tried to get information about me, whether I was alone, who else was there, etc. I reported it to the hotel who said no one called. But they brushed it off as no big deal and wouldn't take me seriously. 30 minutes late someone tried to get into my room. Again called the front desk. Wasn't taken seriously. Had to call the police and got them to stay in site while I packed my stuff and left. I asked to get a refund since I was only ther for about an hour. The girl up front snidely told me I would need to takk to the manager in the morning. I called him, but he then pretended not to know what i was talking about and then hung up on me. I called back but they would never pick up. When I called expedia about it they couldn't get a hold of them either and one of the numbers was non working. It was an overall terrible experience. Terrible staff who doesn't take things seriously when there is safety involved. Management hangs up in you. Extremely unprofessional.

Door to unit would not close or lock. We had to physically move a dresser in front of it to feel secure! Bathroom fan didn't work. Sketchy neighborhood with suspicious activity going on outside our room

Location good room was clean Well ice machine was broke towels are small like only had two had ask for more due stayed two nights no pool like photos showed honestly the photos dont compare to the place but I only sleep mostly was gone most time plus smell of weed seen was in staff room or laundry room where was working in

Ok area, clean sheets, clean towels, hot water, close to interstate for easy access to restaurants and stores Beds are too hard, evidently they allow pets in all rooms because I could smell a small stinge of a dog in my room. Maybe occupants are sneaking pets in. The place was decent and worth the stay and the money though

Parking was okay but someone was beating on my door saying they left a pillow in my room so I’ll never go back. It felt like a robbery attempt

None of the Motel 6's that we stayed at during this trip had breakfasts available, although it was advertised to have breakfast. A lot of remodeling going on, loud construction and workers taking up the parking spaces in front of the guest rooms, so it was not convenient to unload and load luggage. Guests should be compensated with a gift card for breakfast or a room discount.
