everyone uses tile instead of carpet these days, the childrens feet got very dirty. when I checked in we needed two rooms and the clerk wanted me to pay for each separately, my card didn't go thru the first time. and it took many days for this not to show on my statement

Air conditioner barely keeping up. No coffee pot but did have coffee for brewing. Clean towels and bed. In late and gone early.

Good stay Nothing

Decent place to stay on a budget. No complaints.

As for the hotel, it definitely needs a lot of upgrades and upkeep. The AC wasn't working and we didn't sleep well because of it. The bathroom was kind of dirty as well and there was no toilet paper .

The room was clean, but was not a disability accessbile room, like I booked. Their claim was that it didn't come across as that from booking.com, which I'm not buying because literally every other place I stayed on my trip got that information. The entire property only had 1 handicap spot and someone was parked in it that didn't even have a handicap placard or license plates, ughh. Had to park completely across the property from our room, so thankfully, i'm at least an ambulatory wheelchair user, but my family member with me is NOT, so the room was very difficult for them to use. While they did give me a small refund (for a portion of the room) after talking to the manager the next morning, i would have honestly preferred us having the correct room and not having to park completely on the other side of the property. They could have given us the correct room type (disability access) and not have someone without a handicap placard or plates parked in the handicap spot that was literally right in front of the room they did give us. They need better parking.

Room wasn’t clean. Roaches

Not a whole lot. The A/C was loud and rattled, there was a dehumidifier in the room that was also loud. The furniture was way past its prime. Theres no breakfast.

The property manager was reluctant to admit there was a bed bug problem. I am highly dissatisfied and left the establishment and have yet to be reimbursed. I only stayed for one night I liked nothing about the property. It was very unclean and management was belligerent

Lady at front desk was nice. Pillows were like postage stamps.

Refrigerator and microwave worked. Sheets looked fresh. The room and bathroom looked as though they had not been swept or mopped. The sink and tub were not very clean. The towels were filthy.

If you like granola bars it's great because that is all you are going to get. Price

Incorrectly stated in Expedia that breakfast was included - just offered granola bars and coffee.
