The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were ok but not the cleanest. There was some mold on the shower and the room had a musty smell to it. Wasn’t terrible and was good for the purpose for an overnight visit.

Rooms had an intense sour smell, not clean. Elevator was listed out of order all over but they said it worked, then it started to go up without the door shutting. Overall, area was very neglected. The front desk lady was an absolute delight though.

The woman who checked us in was phenomenal but other than that, the hotel was very run down and dirty. The elevator did not work and the rooms were very nasty. This hotel needs to be updated.

The elevator was out of service, so the desk workers had to power it up in order to go to the third floor, but when they were busy the wait was unacceptable for them to manually open the elevator doors. We took the stairs, but be it that my wife is disabled, that created challenges for her. In the room, I was told to contact the front desk when we were coming down and they will send up the elevator. The problem was the phone in the room had no phone cord, so kind of made it impossible at the moment. I did call back in from my cell, to inform them of that and also that the remote for the TV did not work. I received another remote the next day and was still the same. I was contacted by your staff prior to check in to be sure that I needed the room I booked, I would have appreciated a heads up that the elevator was out of order, so that I could have made sure there was a room available on the bottom floor or if had to find another hotel. With the question of what could be done, I would like to have my stay refunded, this would satisfy us.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating but the room wasn’t ready by check in time and the elevator had to be manually opened by a staff member from the maintenance room.

Well I want to start off by saying. I was a little skeptical of our stay. The ceiling in our room (219) had black spots all over ceiling. Didn’t think much of it until our second night. It was pouring raining outside. Laying in bed and heard water running. It was literally raining in our room. Go down to front desk girl was like we have somebody on the 3 rd floor complaining about the same thing. So she wanted to move us to the 3rd floor. I said absolutely not. Wasn’t sure if we would deal with the same issues. So she gave me towels until we checkout the next morning. So I am convinced now that the black spots on the ceiling is black mold from the 3rd floor. This is totally unacceptable. I’m not sure how these rooms aren’t inspected daily. I have video and pictures to show proof. I want someone from Holiday Inn or the owners of this property to contact me. How do you have 2/3 floor rooms and it’s literally raining inside? And this has to be an ongoing problem because the paint around the window was all bubbled up like water has been sitting for a long time.

Arrived at hotel and room was already prepaid. Took staff member at front desk over 30mins to check me in. She could not figure out how to check in a prepaid room from expedia. The next morning I check and she has charged me a second time for the room aswell. All the elevators were broken and the room was old, outdated and not very clean. As someone for loves IHG hotels, this is the worst one we have ever stayed at!

Elevator was not working. Front desk lady had to manually push a button for us..She told us it had been out for 3 weeks. Our room phone did not work so we had to use our own phone to call her for an elevator.

The elevator was broken. I was on 3rd floor. With The rooms need updated. But not a bad place to stay.

the hotel has not notified the booking sites that their elevators have been out for weeks and after arriving after 10:00 PM to check in we were told. I had asked for a refund but NO was the answer......... shame on both Hotels.com and Holiday Inn for have the elderly have to carry their luggage up 3 flits of Stears

Curtain rod was broken & laid on the bed. Hair on bathroom floor & top of toilet.

Worst holiday inn we have stayed in. The room was showing its age with missing baseboards and cracked tiles. The carpet was damp and musty and I’m not even sure it has been vacuumed in some time. The bed was surprising nice with very clean linens. Everything else was just very disgusting. Won’t be staying here ever again.
