Room smelled broken grab bars in shower. Staff was not good except one lady on my second visit on way home. Will not stay at Hampton again

First room we got, the AC was leaking all over the carpet and we had to get a new room. Smelled like mildew and very humid inside. The second room was decent.

This is a beautiful, modern, clean property. I have stayed here numerous times while traveling through Vicksburg. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

It was nestled near the military park monuments. The hotel was really clean and nice. They except pets as well. I didn't have one, but it was nice for those who travel with pets.

Nice property- very convenient to I-20, and right across the street from the Battlefield Park. No restaurants within walking distance, but an easy 5 minute drive to the beautiful old downtown area

It was fine, coffee good, eggs. The $75 ( non refundable) pet charge, for a little dog, was outrageous. La Quinta & others don’t charge that. It was not mentioned while booking or on the website!

Staff were awesome. Christina and Tasha got us through two emergency situations with accessibility and extending our stay. Both were so helpful, but they also resolved our issues beautifully. They have the best customer service and truly wanted us to have the best as well as satisfied with what they offered. You don’t see that in hospitality much, but they both went beyond! So happy we chose this hotel for our stay.
