Holiday Inn Express & Suites Vicksburg by IHG

My only complaint is staff could have been a little friendlier. Other than that, the stay was great. Breakfast was delightful. Room was clean and cool temperature wise.

I would hope that they at least go in, empty the trash, check bathroom items that need refilled and refresh towels. I paid too much to beg for service or needed to go to front desk for towels, etc.

The staff was very pleasant. The facility was clean. The daily breakfast was great. The rooms are spacious. And the late check out time adds a major plus.

Will never stay there again

I enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel. The clerk that afternoon was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was very clean and had what I needed to feel safe and comfortable. I would stay there again when I pass through that city.

The shower had not been cleaned.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. All of the main areas were spotless, however; the bathroom in our room could have been cleaner. There were remnants of hair from the previous guest on the sink and the back of the toilet seat was dirty/discolored. 4 ⭐️

Most of the breakfast was good. Didn't like the eggs and sausage. Everything else was good. Staff was very nice.

It was a normal holiday inn. Staff didn’t have a clue we were checking out, they were too busy talking to each other. Maybe they don’t understand the money we spent goes in their paycheck.

Linda, front desk is a real pro. Wish she was on my work team. Hard to find special people like her. She's outstanding!

When we arrived they gave us 2 rooms each with only one king bed. The desk lady did not care at all and was anything but nice about. She blamed it on that I booked with a third party like it was my first time to ever to that. I’ve never had a problem before and her lack of professionalism was sad. Since it was so late, we had no other option then to stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable for a relaxing stay.

My other biggie is how well the A/C works in the rooms and it was great here especially since it’s in the 90s and humid. All in all, this is the best place to stay in town.
