Very clean the staff was very friendly.

Full sized fridge in room, gym and pool. Room needed a deeper cleaning. Dirty mirror and rim on sink were dirty as well as bathroom floor. Compared to the Florence KY location this one was subpar. For the price, save your money and stay at the Holiday Inn across the street. My last time thru Vicksburg that was a better price and experience.

I texted and called the staff several times and no one would help us. It was awful. The breakfast was good but the gym was hot and musty. The whole hotel was just kind of damp. Will definitely not be staying there again. There were several people at the pool that were drinking also. And most of the towels were used whenever we requested more pool towels.

Check in and check out easy with personable staff. New hotel was clean and tastefully decorated. Bed comfortable. Need to work on landscaping.

The property just seemed cheaply done. I have never checked in with the manager also folding linens on a table by the check in desk. Adequate for my stay.

The room was good. Wanted a room with a kitchenette. It didnot have a cooking stove. The shower was very bad. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made me feel welcome and relaxed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Charged us 80 extra put us on a floor we didn't want. Extremely disappointed. 1st experience for granddaughter traveling with us. Your run down hotel. Looks like a cheap motel 6. Needs to be tore down.

We have stayed at this chain before, and this one did not disappoint. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. The continental breakfast was tasty and a good selection. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy access to the interstate, spacious rooms, easy parking, great breakfast options.

Location, close to interstate and restaurants. Breakfast was sufficient. Sand on floor, dirty carpet, loose sink faucet, clogged shower head, TV programming. And the bed was too hard with I'll fitting sheets. I put the sheets on 3 times as it always peeled off. They need mattress toppers and better fitting sheets.

Clean, quiet. Easy access to the Vicksburg National Military Park.

I really liked the kitchenette in the room.

Room was clean. Staff was amazing during check in and checkout!

This property was under some construction but our stay was very comfortable and quiet. It was close to the downtown historic district. We found a great brewery there.
