La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Vicksburg

Everything was clean and the surrounding area is very safe.

Welcome bag was a nice surprise. Excellent price. Dog friendly is an added bonus

Water from bathroom sink wasn’t draining fast enough Staff was helpful Breakfast was OK Parking was adequate

Bugs

Room smelled musty. Cabinet door not easy to close for refrigerator. No light in bathroom without the fan. Bacon was not crisp at all.

Staff tried to be gracious but the hotel is run down.

We had 2 rooms for 5 nights. They only cleaned the rooms on time. No towels. The A/C was broke in one room. We had to get new key cards every night to get back in our rooms. Staff was barley helpful at times.

Check in time was at 2pm we got there at 4 pm and our room was not ready the manager and staff were rude we traveled from Chicago never again will I stay at these locations....... Toward the end of our stay their attitudes were better but should have been this way upon check in .It is now our Fault that they were short staffed

The room was spacious and clean but I had a problem with noticing the bedskirt was torn immediately upon arrival in the room. I reported it twice. First impressions are important. Breakfast bar was very good. Hot tub needs a good cleaning....did not want to enter it. One member of the staff needs some customer service classes.

Clean comfortable room. Hotel could use some rework. Room had some signs of furniture hitting the walls, leaving stuff marks.

Chose the hotel as the gym looked decent. Elliptical machine was destroyed with no timeline for repair. Tainted the visit

Breakfast was nice, the normal options but it was done well.

The breakfast didn't seem that fresh as like the bagel it was kinda hard. The pool could've been cleaner and the hot tub was not hot AT ALL the pool was warmer then the hot tub.

This hotel was filthy and smelled horrible. We had reservations for a suite but when we got there they had given all the suites away. They did give us an additional room which was nice but it was also filthy and smelled like urine.
