Nice place to stay

The hotel canceled my reservation for no reason and said they tried to contact me. I had to go elsewhere to be accommodated.

One side of our room had wet carpeting from either the AC unit or the window. The room itself was not the cleanest. The whole hotel felt a little grimy. The breakfast in the morning wasn't bad.

The room smelled of mold and there was visible mold on the air conditioning unit. The bathroom ceiling was peeling, the shower floor had brown stains, and there was a soft spot in the floor in between the beds. We were very disappointed considering we paid $170 for one night.

It was exactly what I think of when I picture a budget hotel. Most everything was adequate but not great. Our door was hard to open and close but it worked. Breakfast was okay but not great.

I didn’t eat the free breakfast, I had other eating plans, it smelled good though when I passed by it. I didn’t like when I went to the gym room, no exercise bike, so I got on the treadmill but found the speed button was broken, it could only go at slow speed, someone should have inspected the equipment for stuff like that, guess who enjoy exercising want be disappointed. I forgot one night the fire alarm went off on the whole floor, everyone was coming out of their rooms, I tried to call the front desk but got no one.

Decent stay for the price. Staff was very friendly and informative. Easy process and a good night's rest.

Everything was clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We couldn't use the TV; there was no signal.

Very comfy beds The lights were turned off on our family while still eating breakfast.

Breakfast was bad. Breakfast room is in need of new furniture. Room had a bad odor in it and the air conditioner did not work very well

Desk clerk had trouble getting credit cards to work. She had to key them in instead of using the monitor. Several guest waiting to check in. Took me about 45 min. to get checked in.

I have had various surgeries in the past so I have reserved handicap enabling rooms even though I don’t use any helpers now. The room they gave me was on the second floor. There was an elevator nearby however should an emergency arise the evacuation route in both directions involved stairs. That can be a challenge if needing a cane and all but impossible with a walker or wheelchair. There was still a bathtub in the bathroom. It had a bench but I roll in shower would have been better

We had issues with dampness and moisture in the room and had to be re-located to another room which was better but the sofa was still damp.
