I paid for a noon check out by was rudely told the next morning that they didnt care, for us to leave at 11. The room was absolutely disgusting. Roaches running on the floor, blood on the bed sheets. Dirt was literally hanging from the ceiling. The floors were cracked apart and conung up. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I woukd NEVER recommend anyone here. They wouldn't give me my money back either. This place should be condemned.

Its close to where my daily commute is which was to Invista chemical plant. The price was great.. the bed was great and they made daily cleaning of my room ! During the stay they changed my couch to a new one ! The towels were not clean when i arrived but i had them change them out. After my first week i had to asked the older man at the register if it was cheaper to go through them or online. He said it was cheaper with him. He gave me a price that was 80 dollars more a week than online. I booked online and then he told me he wanted me to pay 35 dollars cash more to cover the taxes that my online booking didn't. Scammy to say the least I already paid the taxes on my booking and it included city tax. I dont know if this was a owner or just an employee but i gave him the 35 dollars additionally cash he requested just to make him happy.

Clean room staff was very friendly

The price was very good. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Replaced my remote batteries to the tv as soon as I notified them.

Price was fair. Room could have been cleaner.

I was actually surprised at how pleasant it was. I was very comfortable and will definitely return. Property staff was especially friendly and helpful!

Except for unable to have taxes removed at payment due to being booked through hotel engine, place was great. Management was very cordial.

Friendly manager. Comfortable and clean bed. . Hot water. Sofa seemed dirty. Did not even touch. Decent room for a short stay, ok for a male solo traveler like myself. Trains make a lot of noise at night. Very nice manager. Coffee in the morning. Trains, dirty stained sofa.

Personal touch and attentive to every need.

We did not pay much so we did not expect much! However they advertised free wifi and free continental breakfast. We got neither. No coffee, no food. No coffee maker in room. Even though the receptionist told us the breakfast hours when we checked in. But when we went to get it, we were told not enough people in hotel, so no breakfast. No coffee. No drinking glasses, plastic or otherwise. No shampoo. And surprisingly enough, no bed pillows, only decorative throw cushions. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.

That's it's pet friendly and it's always clean.
