The property was in good shape and easy to get to. The staff was more than kind and friendly. The thing I had a problem with was the freezer was dirty. The clothes drawer what looked like corn and wheat pieces in it. The floors wasn’t mopped and my feet was black by the time I unpacked. Needless to say I left my clothes in my suitcase and hung up the others. The area was super packed and busy. They only had 2 room left. Where others were sold out.

Checked in to this hotel after midnight maybe 12:30am or so. Got to room and immediately that the floors weren't swept, the bathroom and shower were not cleaned, jacuzzi tub wasn't cleaned but the bed was made and sheets weren't wrinkled like someone had slept there previously, so that was a positive thing but woke up at 5:30 to go to restroom, walked around the bed slipped on wet floor and took a really hard fall on my shoulder and neck. The entire floor was wet. Like it was sweating from underneath. Completely coated from The bathroom to the entry door and wall to wall. ON A SLICK TILE FLOOR. Went to office to the man how the room was, told him I busted my ass, and shoulder when I fell and he said he would talk to the manager to see why the room was that way. Not, sir can we get you in a different room, are you OK? Nothing. So went back to room, got 2 of there towels and tried to mop some of the moisture off the tile but almost slipped again plus my girlfriend slipped as well but luckily she didn't fall. Well needless to say we got there at 12:30 and checked out at 6am. Went to check out and the clerk never said another another word about my stay, just oh, you're already checking out? Hopefully they can see that a slick tile floor isn't the right flooring for a room with jacuzzi tub in it. Im going to try to get hold of someone in corporate office. Probably won't do a bit of good, but im 60 years old and 3hrs after my fall, i can't hard raise my left arm above my shoulder it hurts so bad. But ill never stay at this hotel again. Hopefully they will pay to get an x-ray to make sure nothing wrong with my shoulder. Pretty much everything! That's not a shine, that's the moisture built up on the slick tile!

Room was good. The breakfast was no good.

Everything so nice and clean but wasn’t placed to throw cigarettes butts Ice machine was broken and office couldn’t give us another pillow for pull out and pillows were pretty thin

Amenities, ran out, I asked if they would refill which they did but a lil late for us. Waffle maker stopped working, guess it was too many plugs going. Our rooms door had a gap on the bottom that you could see light.

Remodeling no breakfast Knowing we had to leave a deposit even after booking online.

Good room at a good price. Quiet and quite accommodating. Plus they have escorts!

Big sized room the only thing is that it was or is getting renovated so some morning hours were a little loud. But, I never had any issues.
