One towel that was with the clean towels did not look clean and seemed to have stains or something on it but otherwise a good stay.

As usual the continental breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly. I've been to this location a couple times now and it's been an overall great experience. The only couple things that I'd note down is the jacuzzi should've been available since it's advertised on the site. Also the toilet in my room seemed to be loose or something. It was moving around. Minus some little issues, this hotel is really good and feels safe and nice. Pool was fun and clean.

Rooms were very clean, staff was extremely friendly and breakfast buffet was very good, Only complaints, really low toilets in the bathrooms, I'm short with really bad knees and it was low for me, I can imagine someone tall trying to sit that low. They need to upgrade to chair height and there was no hot tub as advertised which was really disappointing.

Location I requested that I want specific view, I stayed before and I didn’t see the sunrise, I told the lady at front desk and she told me the room was with the view that I requested when I enter to the room was the view that I have before. I was with my 2 year old daughter and I don’t want to return to the desk and talk with the lady.

Breakfast was plentiful and filling. Snacks were good and not an arm and a leg.

Staff that made you feel at home very welcoming and helpful and resourceful shout out to everybody that put up with My needy butt lol Five star across the table everybody's been so helpful patient and coming to me definitely recommend everyone look at this hotel if in the area love you guys Eric

The rooms were nasty. They put us in one and the smell of mildew was so strong we could hardly breathe. They put us in another one and it was slightly better but you could still smell the mildew. The cleanliness of the rooms were not the best either. The pictures are deceiving of the property. I honestly don't know how they have the reviews they do. We would not stay here again.

My stay was fine. As expected. The breakfast isn’t great but gets the job done. Went up to my room 4 different times and had to come back down because my card didn’t work. Overall nice stay.
