the property was out dated and old and stained, staff were nice and breakfast was good but def couches and carpet were disgusting. Room service barely cleaned the room.

Clean room nice people very good breakfast

Upon waking up 7/25 morning, I discovered a cockroach next my pillow. I immediately took a picture and showed it to the front desk staff. The hotel must take stricter measures regarding pest control and sanitation.

I like to payvspecial thanks to Malik at the Front Desk for his outstanding professional behavior. He was always accommodating for any request or complaints made during my nine days stay. I truly appreciate his empathy and smily face all the time I interacted with him. Definitely, I am of return to this location next time I am in Washington DC.

The rooms and dining area were extremely hot. The room was so uncomfortably hot trying to sleep was miserable.

Awesome hot breakfast with omelettes, French toast, and all the usuals.

Clean rooms & breakfast included

Breakfast was very good. The property has been kept up but it needs to be refreshed. The location is good if that is where you want to be although you need a car to get around. The staff was very friendly. It is a good hotel but it has lost some of its luster.

The property was clean. The front desk and maid staff were friendly. Other patrons were also friendly. That reveals the type of visitor your next-door neighbor is. The breakfast with made-to-order omelets had a competent staff at the helm. This location delivers on the room. The bed placement as angled with the walls provided a pleasant change to your standard bed against a wall. The front room was clean. Everything functioned as expected. The fitness room was organized and clean. Several food options exist within walking distance (from next door to across the block). The metro silver line is on a corner block within walking distance. The silver line stops at all D.C. govt locations, incl. along the National Mall and Congress.

Clean room, great amenities, decent breakfast, great happy hour options

Bed was very comfortable. The atrium style hotel is my favorite,, not closed in or claustrophobic And their breakfast buffet was huge, and nice to wake up to. I also made a special request of ground floor room, and they were very accommodating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The suite was good but the furniture old and its need some work specially the sofa bed needs replacement, and it’s loud outside from the lobby.

Malik at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Thanks for the help Malik! The hotel is a short walk to the metro station and was exactly what I needed after a long day walking around the capital!

Clean rooms and very well sound proofed

They put me in a half cleaned room on the 1st floor. I took that. I happen to come in my menstruation and didnt know and bleed a little on the sheets. They charged me an large amount$ and made me feel like I was very nasty. I felt discriminated against and was treated poorly. I stay at the embassy often this is a first and a last. And i want my money back. I didnt smoke or anything just had a natural Woman medical emergency and your staff charged me and was rude. Im appalled. And highly upset. Will never stay here again

Breakfast was delicious also. Definitely would be back to visit!
