Property is conveniently located and is a decent price for the amenities. The breakfast, however, is terrible. Lacking in every way possible.

The rooms have been heavily used. The floor "looks" nice but it is a cheap laminate flooring. The baseboard trim is beat, peeling paint, the granite counter tops are discolored. The cabinets are beat up in the kitchen and bath. The tub had residual from anti-slip strips. The mattress not comfortable at all. I felt all the springs. Should switch to firm foam mattresses.That was the worst of it. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and do have nice amenities. I will stay here again knowing it's not the nicest, but mostly clean, very convenient, and relatively speaking a great value.

My bedroom and bathroom had ants the entire stay. One of my suites smelled like weed and the staff did nothing to resolve the matter so I had to open the windows and air it out. The light above my kitchen sink never worked even though I reported the problem many times over 3 weeks; the engineer never replaced the fixture like he promised. The pool is closed even though it’s summer. The path lights were burned out until I complained. The dead bolt on my door was missing but they finally installed a new one which made it near impossible to open the door.

The room smells a bit of cigarettes but not too bad

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet location. Ample free parking. Very reasonable price. Room was clean. Bathroom had a lot of wear & tear, and not a lot of plumbing pressure. Bed & pillows were uncomfortable.

Breakfast isn't exactly the most appetising one

Desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. Generally clean Dated facilities. Especially Bathrooms. Questionable room door security. Difficulty finding room due to poor signage( overgrowth ).Especially at night. People hanging out IN their cars around the property at night. Breakfast offered was sparce. At the time , coffee , waffles , fruit. People waiting in a small area to get a limited quantity of selection. Wouldn't rely on this.

Bedbugs. We woke up with bites all over us. The place is in bad need of an upgrade. Foundation cracked in our unit so you could see thru around the door because the frame was bent. Interior doors and furniture are broken also. Very worn. The staff is good and want to do well but the place is just really bad.

Room was clean and facilities were good. We came for Wolftrap..It was convenient to that location. Breakfast was ok..the man preparing the food was a nice guy

Stayed here with 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 pet. The space was great for us. Only complaint is the room was outdated and a bit dirty upon arrival. We also didn't have hand soap. Other than that, everything was what we expected. Key card was constantly not working either so had to go back to the main lobby for assistance.

Beds aren’t great, you can feel the springs. hard to get towels and extra amenities. room wasn’t clean. Left a day early and couldn’t get a refund.

While it is a non smoking property, that doesn’t mean the people who stay there are non smokers. The last person must have been a heavy smoker because the smell hung in the room like a wet cloud. Other than the smell, the place was adequate.

Location and room layout are perfect

I appreciate that breakfast is offerred. The space of the room and how quiet it was.

I didn't think the hotel presented as it was advertised. I did not safe as a single person traveling alone and immediately changed hotels. The staff was able to refund my second night, which was appreciated. The hotel is old, dated and needs some work.
