bed bugs, big holes in walls - like wall missing, spiders, all tv's broken, ceiling fan hanging by a thin chord.
-
Depressing vibe, dark rooms with no natural light, grounds were a bit rough, wouldn't go back.

Though the space was large and accommodated a lot of people at a great price, the property is severely run down. It is such a shame because this is a little gem. Paint would go a long way, the furniture was stained or rackety/broken, and the beds were horrible. The outdoor spaces were filthy with weeds and debris. The pool was closed. There is a lot of deferred maintenance in and out of the rooms. There were ants that were a constant issue, we had to go out and buy ant traps at the local Walmart, as the management were only willing to provide us with glue traps, which do not work for ants. In the morning we would have ants all over the kitchen countertops, and they were crawling all over the floor and on us. The beds are horrible. We did not have room service our entire stay; I guess you have to "ask" for that. Management did not seem to "care" that we had ants in our room, stating "we are an outdoor property" and I guess that means ants crawling all over the counters and you is okay. If you want value and don't care about cleanliness, this is your place.

This place is a prime example of getting what you pay for. The room was clean but that’s about all I can say for it. The place looks like a poorly maintained section 8 housing development. It is very noisy with the AC units both inside and outside of the rooms., people walking above you, and people laughing and carrying on outside of your room. The parking lots are atrocious. Piles of garbage fill one side of the parking lot. I did not feel safe. But the room itself was well equipped, clean, and large.

Where to begin. First over all, the staff were very polite and attentive, but the overall experience was never again. The air condition unit could not keep up with the heat outside. I kept the shades closed and never turned on the stove. There were wasp everywhere…inside (2) and outside (several). The front desk allows you to borrow a zapping tennis racket to kill bugs. Our keys stopped working, on the for day, so the maintenance man gave us his key. Lastly the doors, walls, shower ceiling and other surfaces needed to be wiped down. I knew bringing my cleaning kit was a great idea. When we walked in the front door, the handle looked like it has not been cleaned in years. Oh the maintenance building had no shame, broken tv, wood scraps and other random discarded items just stacked up against the building. I feel bad for the three rooms seeing that every time they opened their door. The positive side, a king bed, two queen beds and two full baths. The sofa was stained, so we refused to sit on it.

Always happy ! Great customer service and management

extra large rooms, including an upstairs with two double beds. no elevator to upper floor apartments; you have to carry everything up by hand. nice kitchenette with full-sized stove and full-sized fridge. no paper towels on paper towel stick. comfy bed. okay bathroom, but toilet basin lid did not fit. TV is in sitting room adjacent to bedroom. breakfast was adequate but no more. 6 out of 10.

Our room was incredibly hot when we arrived, and it took many hours to go down to a reasonable temperature. The next issue was the tv. We had a suite with two bedrooms and there was only one tv in the upstairs bedroom. The tv cord wasn't plugged into the back of the tv, so we had to spend about 30 minutes with the front desk agent taking the tv off of the wall and figuring out how to plug it in. The next morning, we discovered that the stopper in the upstairs bathtub did not work. We paid in advance for late checkout and that was not honored. My friend was locked out of the room coming back from breakfast because the key was turned off. We then had several phone calls that disturbed us asking us to vacate the room. This at about 11:15 am. We hurried to do so and then got another call that they found the payment for late checkout. I asked for a refund and was then told that it was already refunded, and our late checkout had been cancelled before we even checked in. During the three days that we were there, we never saw a manager on duty. We were told that he would be in later each time we asked to speak to him.

Place was filthy sticky. There was something on the wall that was black and smeared in the tub had used soap in it with pubic hair on. It will never stay again.
-
Pots and pans would be useful. The kitchen led us to think we could cook but that was not the case. This was misleading. There was mold inside the cabinets which can be dangerous. Aside from this, place is very nice, bedrooms and bathrooms clean. We lived the loft design.

Parking was convenient was an upstairs unit was nice with the extra floor and rooms it was great to have a fridge stove microwave everything inside the unit. Downfall the AC unit was stuck where it was it wasn't overly hot like it was outside but you could not adjust the settings and it looked like it had repairs inside which didn't bother our stay I was just worried about near the shower with it steaming up however everything was great but definitely stay there again and recommend this property to anyone else looking for a nice place to stay in Tyson's corner or close to thank you to staff and everyone at this property

Property is conveniently located and is a decent price for the amenities. The breakfast, however, is terrible. Lacking in every way possible.

Todo bien, solo hacía falta jabón en la cocina.

The rooms have been heavily used. The floor "looks" nice but it is a cheap laminate flooring. The baseboard trim is beat, peeling paint, the granite counter tops are discolored. The cabinets are beat up in the kitchen and bath. The tub had residual from anti-slip strips. The mattress not comfortable at all. I felt all the springs. Should switch to firm foam mattresses. That was the worst of it. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and do have nice amenities. I will stay here again knowing it's not the nicest, but mostly clean, very convenient, and relatively speaking a great value.

My bedroom and bathroom had ants the entire stay. One of my suites smelled like weed and the staff did nothing to resolve the matter so I had to open the windows and air it out. The light above my kitchen sink never worked even though I reported the problem many times over 3 weeks; the engineer never replaced the fixture like he promised. The pool is closed even though it’s summer. The path lights were burned out until I complained. The dead bolt on my door was missing but they finally installed a new one which made it near impossible to open the door.

The room smells a bit of cigarettes but not too bad

Bedbugs. We woke up with bites all over us. The place is in bad need of an upgrade. Foundation cracked in our unit so you could see thru around the door because the frame was bent. Interior doors and furniture are broken also. Very worn. The staff is good and want to do well but the place is just really bad.
