It's a new adventure every time
-
Alfombras muy Audi’s y encontre cucarachas
-
Mala atención al cliente y tome otra opción ya q nunca llegó la corriente eléctrica espere hasta las 10 de la noche y nada de luz en toda la propiedad mientras a su alrededor todos tenían electricidad
-
Positives are free parking, working ac, free breakfast & close to the metro. Negatives include piled up garbage outside, parking lot & walkways in bad shape, bathroom fixtures in need of replacement, the room odor of cleaning products is unpleasant, ac blows directly at the bed. This property needs significant updating & cleanup up of garbage.
-
Nice little hotel. Priced right! Convenient to the subway.
-
With the bed comfort and location to the nearest metro this is an ok stay if you need something cheap in the area.

every thing was perfect

Everything was wonderful.

It did not feel safe. Just hoping not to think too much about how dingy and run down it was, while falling asleep. On the last morning, I thought I would finally take a shower, 5am ZERO hot water. The staff was helpful and upbeat, which is a gift considering their work environment l. Sad.

In addition, if your room card doesn’t work, expect backlash even though they know you stay there; showing your identity or your spouses whose belongings are in the room was unnecessary. As one of the worst experiences in a hotel, which I’ve stayed in many, this one takes the cake. Would not recommend government or military personnel stay at this location.

I planned to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Everything went well until my 2nd night. I arrived back late to my hotel to find bugs in the bed. When I brought this up to staff, they offered no help other than checking me out early. One of the worst situations ever. I will think twice before booking a lower-rate hotel.
-
Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The appearance of the hotel an amenities needs updating, think something out of 1970s...National Lampoon vacation.
-
The price was decent, the staff was very friendly, we thought the breakfast was decent. The toilet in our first room did not work, the phone in the second room didn’t work, the floor was constantly wet near the door/AC, the chair left your skin feeling dirty after getting up, one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever laid on.
-
Very bad and the power cutted off
-
Nothing The service of the hotel is totally s***. No reaction to enquiries.
-
The place is terrible, for the entire night of June 28th from evening 7 pm till next day afternoon, there qas electricity, had to keep awake all night and hotels response is terrible
-
It had a pool It had a smell, i wore socks and the carpet was dirty
-
The bathroom fan is too small for the room and keep the humidity very high. Even the floor fill slippery
-
Also the hotel is acting as a half way house for sociaities less fortunate people. In addition to the above, a homeless person was allowed to just walk in off the street and help themself to breakfast unchallenged by any hotel staff member. This was unfair when everyone else had paid for the right!
-
Arrived late at night clientele questionable. Room was clean quiet.
