Room smelled strongly of Fabulouso. Pet friendly but room had very thick carpet in it. Seem like other people lived there people very loud during the night.

This property is walking distance from the Washington Spring Hill Metro train station. It is five stops from Dulles International Airport. This can be reached by an underground tunnel in front of the Airport. Unfortunately the elevator down is not marked outside.

Very convenient location but the hotel needs serious updates. Lots of construction in the hotel area.

they need new TVs and upgrades on the cable channels. and need to put working phone in all rooms and the staff needs to answer calls past midnight

Breakfast was just OK. I have experienced much better elsewhere.

The place look more like a motel then in hotel. You had questionable people walking around the premises. The elevator smelled like piss. The room was musky and the toilet wouldn't even flush. They were paint peeling on the door, and there was rust on certain parts of the building and inside the room. The worse place to stay! And they didn't want to return my money after complaining about it after inspecting it for 10 min.

It was a very downscale experience given the old rooms and other guests at the motel.
