Staffs are amazing, specially the service at night, Antonio has the best customer service we love how he interacts and goes beyond what is expected. The breakfast staffs are excellent too. I love everything about this hotel.

Everything was very nice. The only thing we noticed was water leaking coming from an unidentified source. We did notify the front desk so hopefully they would be able to correct the leak.

Perfectly fine room, all was clean and taken care of. The staff were a little stingy giving us extra towels when we asked for them at first tho.

This location is everything you expect from a Marriott hotel connected to a convention center. Not a lot of character or charm, but all of the amenities you need to be comfortable with the staff was amazing. Some of the areas were slightly rundown and of maintenance otherwise it was great.

Images of waterpark on are not part or near the hotel. Hotel pool small and we had to inform the hotel that homeless people were jumping over the wall to bath in the pool… Rooms are tired. Only stay if you must but nothing special and not living up to the Marriott brand

The room-cleaning staff are awesome; they do a great job, even though no managers are watching them. The receptionist/front desk staff who assisted us during check-in and check-out both have excellent customer service. They are all exceptional at their jobs. Keep up the good work, and rewards will come your way, guys.
