Love this hotel. My absolute favorite. Staff is so sweet and helpful property feels safe and is clean.

Spiderwebs in the bathroom, windowsill, filthy, and bathroom people knocking at your doors very early in the morning toilet leaking on the bottom not good

This place was so cute and would have been an excellent stay except for one issue. We stayed in one of the larger cottage suites which had alot of space, a little kitchen area, & front patio area with table and chairs that looked out to the pool The courtyard and everywhere was very nicely landscaped. We were in a king room, #209, on the ground floor facing the central area with the pool. The room was very large, modern, and clean. It felt new or newly renovated. There were lots of flat surfaces to set things on and drawers to store things in. There was a table with seating. On each side of the bed were a 3-prong electric socket as well as a USB, a USB-C, and an induction charging pad. The refrigerator was large with a large separate freezer compartment. The room was very quiet. The air conditioner worked well and was very easy to use. There were 2 towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels (some hotels have only hooks or nothing at all to hang towels). Like many hotels with wood or laminate floors, that is, not carpeted, the floors never really get washed. Maybe they just use a Swiffer or something? After showering, if your feet are still a little damp and you walk barefoot on the floor, then your feet get filthy and the floor feels sticky. We spilt a bit of water on the floor and wiped it up with one of the white facecloths, which turned black from the dirt on the floor. But all of the positive aspects of the room far outweighed this one problem. And, as I say, this is a common problem in many hotels.

Very peaceful and beautiful property. The rooms were nicely updated and roomy. Minor details in the rooms like in room 223 the shower door wouldn’t stay closed.

Large room and a walk in shower. We ended up with an upstairs room. Problem is I use a cane, but I managed.

My room was recently renovated, very clean, spacious, and everything worked perfectly. The staff was kind, helpful, and always responded quickly whenever I had a question. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes from downtown Visalia, with restaurants, grocery stores, and even an EV charging station nearby. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Location. Rooms very clean. AC wasn't turned on. Took room long time to cool down. Don't like how they rent the rooms in back to homeless folks and drug users.
