Good clean place. Decent breakfast, check in was fast and easy. Can’t complain for a quick one night stay on our way to Sequoia National Park. About 1 hr to park entrance.
-
We were really disappointed that the elevators broke down and we were on the 4th floor. Very hard to get all our things down.
-
Clean. Beds a little on soft side but comfortable.

When we checked in, the front desk staff was not very welcoming. They didn’t even greet us or tell us who would assist us while we were in front of them. However, overall, the experience was good.

It was an okay hotel. There are certainly things that definitely need to be improved like the bathroom door handles. Also, why is there two dead bolts. Is there a crime problem in this hotel? If so. It should be made know for families.

Fitness room and breakfast Not enough towels for number of guests provided

The bathroom is clean with a good product of essentials in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast is good.

Well now, that Holiday Inn Express in Visalia is an absolute gem of a place, clean as a hound's tooth and shining from floor to ceiling. The fine folks working there couldn't have been any more polite and helpful, treating me just like kin the whole time I was there. If you're passing through, I reckon you'd be hard-pressed to find a better spot to hang your hat.

They could serve something different; it's always the same thing for breakfast.

I enjoyed their breakfast buffet. It is much more expansive than that provided by most hotels. My one gripe with the breakfast is they provide such flimsy flatware that I ended up picking up my food in my hands instead of breaking my fork attempting to cut my food. The room was clean and quiet. They did have some weird thing going on that you have to put one of your key cards in a socket to use the TV or other power using devices in the room.

Rooms were typical. Outdoor pool was nice. It’s convenient to highway and town. Big lobby. Made to order coffee. Breakfast was solid. Enjoyed our stay.

-
Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff. Great place near the National Park

Went to checked in but ended up not having a room…informed us about some kinda computer glitch so ended up staying in another hotel…what so sad was we were so tired and hungry, and expecting a room for my family…it was also late so we didn’t have a good experience
-
Rooms were clean. The late check out time is very helpful

Not great for families especially children.

Although this is a “newer” hotel, only one elevator worked for the entire hotel. That’s four floors with only elevator. Also only one ice maker for the entire hotel. We booked our stay with the intention of doing our laundry (7 days into a 15 day trip) the machines only took quarters and there was no place to make the change. Went hiking at the National Park located near here and when we came back, all the towels in the room had been removed yet not replaced and the bed had never been made.
