We had problem with the toilet tank to flush it

Needs a cash deposit. Otherwise it was what you would expect from a motel

I was happy that the room matched what we saw online when booking. One of the 2 rooms did have a weird smell when we checked in, but staff was able to change our room with ease. Quiet, no issues with other guests staying around us. We were very pleased.

We are familiar with motels and so we knew what to expect. Or so we thought. This was seriously a series of unfortunate events. Both the rooms and the lobby/check in area reeked of a strong urine smell. We were asked to give a cash deposit per room. We wad to “pass” a room inspection in order to get it back (we had presented a credit card). The mattresses slipped, due to the base’s material. The pillows were less than 12 inches in length and were missing stuffing. Roaches and mosquitoes were in the room. Some of us spent the night in the car, it was too much.We chose to leave instead of spending another night. And that is we have kids. We drove six hours to get back home. We didn’t even ask for a refund. And STILL it took over an hour to get checked out- due to the “inspection” to get our CASH deposit back. Mind you, there were no notices letting us know a cash deposit would be required. To say the least - we were disappointed.

Nothing the price changed on us and because we called in at 4pm we lost one room and had to rebook again at $32.00 dollars more plus we had to put $120.00 cash for both rooms, the room with the king bed in it was small and so was the king bed. The bedspreads in both room had holes on it the beds were very uncomforable staff was not accommodating . They should upgrade the rooms they look rundown and door in restroom would stick. What could go wrong certainly did .I will never reserve at Motel 6 in Visalia again . It was very bad experience Everything since we walked in the Motel office

Estuvo bien, para el.precio esta muy bien, pero un poco viejo

It was okay. As I pulled up to the loading zone to check-in a man walks out looks at me with a smirk followed the front desk girl trying to quickly close and lock the door. Like the guy had just spread some rumors about me to her as I am being harassed, stalked and in a smear campaign by these community based agents (criminals) I I said loudly, are you trying to

Clean room, friendly staff, easy parking, and good price .

Nice, simple, clean room. We got up early to drive to the giant trees visitors center. We left around 6:30am and arrived at 8:30am. The parking lot filled by 9am! This was a Saturday. We just used the free park shuttle to visit the other visitors centers in the park. It worked out great and was an easy stress-free way to get around all day! Highly recommend this hotel and staying Visalia for your park visit!

Location, parking, front desk staff Termite wings all along the window sill, cracked tiles in the bathroom

I liked how spacious it was and the shower was better than our apartment, lol. The bed was not comfortable at all. No bounce and I don't think it was a real bed just a memory foam on a slab. No real accommodations for disabled party's. My husband has trouble walking and balance put we was still put upstairs 2 flights of stairs.

That it was close to where we needed to go That they messed up our reservation gave us a nasty room for me and my kids was not helpful at all

Front desk staff were friendly and rooms were very clean. Great place to stay if passing through town!

For an older hotel, it was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The pool was also clean and had picnic tables with umbrellas.
-
The room was small but it is a good fit. I didn't know the security deposit was to be paid only on cash, luckily I had the cash app they didn't accept credit cards. This is the only issue I faced and it was an overnight stay, which was ok.

No amenities. They advertised free Continental breakfast. Only coffee for breakfast. No shampoo even sachet only would have been good but none.
-
Coffee in lobby only They demanded a $60 cash deposit. The clerk had already run my credit card when she told me she wouldn't give me my key without the cash. Is this even legal?

All good
