Nothing I was asked to pay $60 cash when I arrived when I rebooked they said they canceled my booking without any reason and refused to give me my $60 cash deposit they said the room was a mess before even checking it i also took video of how clean i left it. This is a SCAM! Never once have I been asked for cash deposit! I want this place investigated they were super rude

It was according to the price. The towels and sheets were kinda clean but with noticeable use and there we found hairs in them.

Room was dirty, bedsheets had stains, the room smelled like mold/mildew and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom

This was our second time having a bad experience with this hotel. The first time, they gave our room away before we got here, even after I called to let them know we're running late, and they said it was ok, then the guy at the counter was very rude about it and wouldn't even try to help us out. This time we had no choice to but to stay there again. They had a mandatory rule that the maid had to come in a clean every day, which felt like invading our privacy. I was at work during the day, and my son works nights so he sleeps in, but the maid always came and bothered him, and he had to leave the room. Then they called me 3 times and said our dog was left alone in the room, when my son was in the room, and I told them he was there, but they still said my dog was left alone. The beds were like sleeping on a pile of bricks, and the laminate flooring was lifting. We just didnt have a good experience, and wont be returning.

The location was great, next to main way to park, food (funky mex place with fantastic real mex food next door), convenience store nearby. Place is simple, basic, very clean, yes you could say things are a bit upgradable, BUT! You will not find a better value anywhere. If I were rating solely on value, this would be a full five star plus.

The beds are HARD! It’s getting to the point I can’t sleep on them anymore because I wake up in pain and stiff from sleeping a such hard mattress. I’m about to start bringing with me me a foam mattress topper or something that’s soft to lay on
