I could not reach the staff by phone to cancel, Expedia could reach the hotel day of cancellation. So La Quinta charged me for two days. If thats how they need to make a profit so be it!!!

Very clean room good breakfast. Elevator was not working but they offered to help with bags

Even though I left a $10 tip on first day, one of my beds did not get cleaned nor sheets made. 2 towels were left without replacing. The place and specially the room smells horrible. No ice maker that works nor anyone to give you any. Night reception men act as if they don’t want to help or are bothered to. They are useless and won’t even bring towels to the third floor. Elevator does not work and we had to bring all our heavy suitcases up on the stairs. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here for one night with family. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the indoor pool, breakfast was excellent, convenient parking. Only issue was bad odor from old air conditioner. Would stay here again.

I also wanted to add my membership number so I could get points and the front desk said they didn’t know how to do that

Upon a bad experience at another hotel the manager Angie assisted us in quickly getting us a room. Ramon the night employee was a big help getting us settled in when we arrived late. Both employees gave us suggestions on things to do and places to eat. This hotel and it's employees definitely saved the rest of our vacation. It was a clean and friendly place to stay. The pool and spa were top notch clean and working perfectly. The breakfast was wonderful and good coffee.

Clean room, staff extremely friendly and professional, good breakfast and the location was near a great area for restaurants and shopping.
-
The location was great and so were the amenities and breakfast.
-
bed was too soft. breakfast was okey.
-
Bed was comfortable and the room was nice size. The property needs to be upgraded as the walls and furniture was very worn and in disrepair in some places, but it was quiet, comfortable and the breakfast was good.
-
Older property; however, staff is friendly and breakfast was good.
-
Looks clean and recently renovated, the walls are thin.

This hotel was very nice! We stayed here for several days as we ventured out to enjoy Sequoia and Kings Canyon. I appreciated the indoor pool. The kids loved it! However the hot tub was out of service so that was a bummer for me. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean and attractive. The breakfast was great! They served waffles, cereal, sausage, eggs, fruit, toast, bagels, etc. The room was clean. I have no complaints about this place and would stay here again.

The one-star less for the review is for breakfast. We had to skip it on both days we stayed there because it consisted of empty calories from bagels, cereal corn flakes, and waffles made of store-bought batter. Fake eggs, fake ham, and sweetened yoghurt. There was some fruit left when we got there and that is all we had.

Unfortunately, our stay had some significant issues. We had confirmed a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, none were available. We were given a room with one king bed instead, which was very inconvenient for a family of four. We also ran out of body wash and conditioner on the second day and asked the front desk for more. Surprisingly, we were told that the hotel did not have any available. This was the first time I had ever experienced a hotel running out of such basic amenities. Overall, the room and breakfast were acceptable, but the room assignment issue and lack of basic toiletries made the stay disappointing.

The room is humid and smells like mold even when AC is on.

Very nice place. Definitely coming back.

Nice property, clean and friendly staff.
-
Loved the ease of having my dog along on the trip

Average but standard Hilton breakfast. Other than that, everything is perfect.
