Good location.

Clean room, spacious

The cleaning staff would knock on your door and ask if you need clean towels or bedding. The T.V. was small so if you have problems seeing you will have to wrar glasses until u fall asleep.

breakfast was limited, the waffles were OK, the oatmeal was instant packages. A little protein would have been nice. Housekeeping left a bag of trash from another room in my room and it was still there the following day after I had returned

Very quick with customer service and the hotel itself was very clean would recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay

Nothing . Very bad experience. It was not comfirtable. It was supposed to be with breakfast but technically there was nothing much and I had to take tine and pay for my breakdast in an outside resturant.

The staff was helpful, and the rooms were decent. The pool didn’t look well maintained, it was kind of scary. Also, the TV didn’t work! We were disappointed. We probably won’t stay here again. It was too expensive to not have everything working and well maintained.

Management is kind and very accommodating. Rooms are kept very clean and fully air-conditioned. On site breakfast available.

Breakfast was convenient , they have waffles, cereal and on the go yogurt available and fruit. I think it’s a good option for the price , and would choose again.

Room was renovated with clean hardwood floors and bathroom was clean.

The place is renovated recently and staff was very helpful. Rooms looked new and clean. A little pricy for the type of motel.

Just a basic room and clean and quiet

Room was decently clean but still had stains on counter and bedsheet and hair on floor. The AC was very loud. Breakfast was also limited with no protein source.

Location is good, next to freeway and not too far from Sequoia. Arrived to a hot room that took hours to cool and the family unable to sleep.

After a 9-hour drive, my pregnant wife and I arrived expecting a clean, comfortable room. Instead, we found hair on the bed, visible urine rings in the toilet, and overall cleanliness issues that made us uncomfortable staying there. We took photos to document the condition of the room. To make matters worse, the room was extremely hot upon arrival. It was over 102 degrees outside, yet the air conditioning had not been turned on before check-in. After traveling all day, walking into a hot room and then discovering the uncleanliness issues was incredibly frustrating. My wife was unable to rest or sleep comfortably, and we ultimately decided to leave and book accommodations elsewhere. We requested that the remaining two nights of our reservation be canceled. Based on our experience, the room was not in a condition that met reasonable expectations for paying guests. I would encourage management to focus on cleanliness standards and ensuring rooms are cooled and ready before guests arrive, especially during the summer months.

Overall, the room was ok. Newly refurbished. The floors are vinyl and look nice. But my wife spilled some water on the floor, and when she wiped it up with a washcloth, you could tell they hadn't been cleaned. We had a 1-inch gap under our door. So I laid a towel in front of it. The second night, we had kids running and screaming outside our door. It stopped around 10 PM. I guess you get what you pay for.
