Rooms was dirty yes I was put in three different rooms the first room the bathroom was dirty and the shower parts was missing.

Staff was great. The rooms were clean but the bathtub had some peeling paint. The pool is small and indoor which made it a bit stuffy. Breakfast options were small but sufficient for a quick fill up in the morning. Overall a decent stay but its a small hotel with only 3 floors.

Christian at the front desk was a dream! She was incredibly kind and helpful. Exactly the kind of experience one hopes for on a family weekend getaway. Will be returning. Also, adorable coffee drive through within steps of the hotel, delicious coffee/drinks and snacks.

Great stay! Did not mind the drive to the national parks at all and it was close to stores, food, gas etc. Breakfast was very convenient for the morning. Would stay here again :)

Breakfast was alright, check in and out was quick Old and dirty. Our room had urine on the toilet seat, dog food under the AC on the ground, some large piece of plastic left behind and just shoved under the bed. It did not appear clean. It smelled like mildew. I know the area is hot but the AC was set to 64 degrees when we walked in. That’s quite chilly anywhere. Took time to warm up. Water pressure in the shower was awful.

We stayed at room 122. It smelled horrible , like feet and humidity . We had to open the window for a good hour to let the stink kind of go away, it never really did . Just the smell of the room was very uninviting , smelled dirty . The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ok not the best but ok . Overall it was a good stay , but it did smell horrible . That the room and carpet were clean and smelled good . Breakfast can be improved . Not the employees fault . She was very nice , but needs more selection.

Breakfast was good, lots to choose from and tasty.. Chocolate Chip cookies in lobby a plus!! Room was clean and comfortable, close to National parks. Front desk was great about suggesting place for dinner in downtown.. Thought it strange that the pool was inside.. made it very loud , maybe have some outside sitting areas for sunning, reading, etc.
