Nice Pool wasn’t working it was the whole point why we got this place

The staff trying to not honor my reservation and I had to verbally fight them to get the room

The microwave we had was dirty and broken the room need a repairs. The bed was so uncomfortable and we needed a last-minute stay and they charge us $400 which was a total rip off never staying here again.

There was no hassle. Got the room key quick and am never bothered by the staff. They give you your privacy. The rooms are being upgraded and the place is much nicer than before. The rooms are good size and the Mgr and staff has always been very nice and helpful. A little noisy next to the freeway but thats not their fault. You cant hear it inside the rooms too much.

Easy to navigate and the property manger was very nice We could hear a lot of screaming but that’s a given

Staff goes way beyond any other staff from other motels.great atmosphere No shower curtain in room and we had no problem putting it up .we love this place

Nothing smells disgusting The fact that they didn't change the burnt bed sheets and charged me 35 dollars without my consent...bs jive ass worker!

Location for my own agenda. Right from the start that check-in the lady upfront was not very helpful or friendly to accommodate any kind of needs, and she was just simply rude throughout the whole process. I almost felt that if she was single and me and my family out the next morning when I try to extend the room, she said it was a company policy for a damn not to be able to extend the room by us having to check out and check back in because it was there policy.

It wasn’t expensive and location was decent. It had a broken ac part and there was food in both the refrigerator and freezer, ice packs in the sink from the previous guest.

Everything The soda machine was broken.

The room smelled like a cigarette ash tray! My eyes burned just walking into the room. Overall clean but the smell was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I had to sleep with a towel over my nose just from getting migraine and burning from the smell. For the price this place was not worth it.

Alot of weird yelling calling out "Anthony " for about 20 months in the middle of the night
