Motel 6 Oceanside, CA

You get what you pay for. Not clean, needed many repairs. Good location though.

What I like is that the location was near shopping center and fast food restaurants

Great front desk person

Horrible service, room and restroom were dirty, tv was old, landscape was horrible.

Only Plus is that it’s near several places to eat, easy access to the freeway. Overall, it was not a comfortable stay, stayed because of limited options.

Luckily it was only for a night but room was not clean. Broken mirror no hot water in sink. I don’t think the sheets were clean. Overall wouldn’t stay there again.

Ok rooms beds a little hard

my stay was terrible, the room was small and poorly designed. Only one chair in the room and a small area to eat. We sat our food down on the table and before we could get to eat a cockroach showed up to join us. Never again!

I had originally booked a three-night stay, but after one night I felt so uncomfortable with the cleanliness and overall condition of the room that I checked out early. Despite leaving after the first night because of the unacceptable conditions, I was still charged for the remaining two nights. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to address basic concerns made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying at this Motel 6 and will not be returning.

The staff was very friendly but the lights in are motel didnt work and the phone was broken. Also late at night there seems to be alot of homeless people and the pool could had been a bit cleaner but its easy access to the freeways and stores and also room was clean and ready when we got in for check in !

This motel was horrible!!! Room was small, beds look like full beds not queens.. had a very weird smell... spiders in the towels.. mold in the bathroom... bed sheets had stains.. water dripping from the ceiling.. a few homesless walking the property, even a lady of the night.. stay away

Great place to stay if you have dogs. Not far from the beach and Sizzler was across the street. It was Awesome! 😋

Avoid this hotel and area . . . Staff is not helpful, area is not safe, and homeless/drug addicts are camping in and around the hotel.

This was the worst motel 6 ever, when I got there around 11pm with my 2 small kids, the guy was super rude and just had said my reservation was cancelled. I pulled up my app and showed him my reservation this was also after he asked for my confirmation number, I provided him all the information and he just said it was cancelled and there was nothing he could do and there where no more rooms. Mind you i book my room like a month in a half in advance and it was confirmed and booked on my end.

Would never stay at this location again.I don't care for mold in the bathroom(on the walls, shower, & where the vent in bathroom is) it was not just a small amount either. The bed was so hard I had to lift up the covers & sheets to make sure it was an actual mattress. the window was cracked all the way across and they put a wood stick in there so no one could break in.(This is room 345 I do have to give props to the lady that checked us in. She made check in so easy and was very professional!! Not to mention the little lady that does the laundry the &2 guys that clean the rooms very pleasant!! We got a cheap deal compared to surrounding hotels. I guess you get what you pay for.

If you are traveling with kids, please stay away the place is run down by suspicious people. The bathroom was filthy and the room had a funny smells.

Room was dirty & infested with some dark bugs and fruit flies, ended up canceling the reservation

Location & Price on short notice...Typical Motel 6 Not the best BUT Not the Worst Either! Hope this helps

They didn't even have one clothe hanger... and when asked the night manager said to come back in the morning... came back in the morning and they said they don't have any. Beds were uncomfortable and there might have been bed bugs... not much space to put clothing.
