Wonderful staff but not clean facility

TV was not working. Deposit still not refunded.

The main office was hard to find, but overall not a big deal, and the staff were helpful. The complimentary morning coffee was nice.

They never cleaned room. Impossible to communicate with front desk as sometimes they had someone that didn’t speak English. This was discovered when we checked into room that was supposed to have fridge & microwave but had neither. We then had to try and relay same to front desk which included me pointing to the word “refrigerator”so they could figure out what issue was…lol. We had room next to someone that insisted on smoking out on the balcony so their smoke was being pulled right into our room. Poiice constantly patrol parking lot but that’s for all the wrong reasons.

Price is right. Location is great and staff is amazing!

Horrible property. Had my daughter and wife with me on a trip to San Diego. Lots of commotion and sketchy people at the establishment. Booked for two nights but only stayed one due to the environment and having my daughter with me. Management ensured me I would be refunded for the second day which was nice, but then I called both the establishment and Expedia and neither would honor the refund. Glad to be out of that area. It was an overpriced motel but all we can find on a short notice. Just for somewhere to rest our heads for couple of hours. My personal experience was a nightmare, from customer service to searching for a refund I never received.

It's what you expect from a Motel 6. The bed was comfortable. That's my only positive. The floor had water seeping from the ground up into the floor. I put towels down on the floor. The air vent in the room was caked with dust and dirt. I wiped it of as best I could. A tweaker asked if he could sleep in my room for a few hours. The lights were barley working. Dimly lit is what it was. I just needed a place to sleep and the location was good.

No amenities provided. Thin walls could hear neighbors playing loud music at 3am. Property allows homeless individuals to stay in the parking lot.

A lot of criminal activity going on there. No security what so ever.

There was dog poo in my room under my bed not good at all stuff was not nice at all move to a different room and then I had buds in that room wow

Suspicious activity in parking lot — didn’t feel safe walking to my room in the third floor. Staff was very kind though

Unfortunately, this room was disgusting. There was hair everywhere—in the shower, sink, and all over the floor—and none of it belonged to me. The towels felt damp, the shower flooded the bathroom floor because it seemed to be set up backwards, and the room didn’t even have a refrigerator, iron, or ironing board.The phone didn’t work! They had to come change outlets! It was an entire process The TV barely worked because it constantly lost connection. To top it off, the front desk gave me the wrong Wi-Fi password. Nothing says “welcome” like starting your stay by troubleshooting everything Overall, this was one of the worst Motel 6 experiences I’ve had. I won’t be staying here again.

Friendly personnel

The pool area was clean, well maintained, and enjoyable to look at. Checking in and checking out were both a breeze. Staff was friendly. My room was on the second floor with a clear view of the pool. Housekeeping was A++, and the room, bed sheets, and bathroom were all very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the refrigerator, A/C, and all other appliances were working properly.The only issue was the sink, which had poor water flow.Overall, it was a quiet evening, and I had a restful night’s sleep.

Amazing stay, nice hotel

Los alrededores necesitan más limpieza, hay basura en las escaleras y el estacionamiento. Pero estuvo bien.

Shower was cold only. Generally uncomfortable.

It's a Motel 6, so you know what you are getting. We just wanted a place to sleep for our weekend getaway. It met expectations, but the property needs maintenance and the cleanliness could be improved.
