Great price for the stay

We booked an accessible room and the room was not accessible. While they could not accommodate what we had reserved, they did go out of their way to try and make up for it by offering us free breakfast, which we appreciate appreciated. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware that we could only get the breakfast up until 9:30 so when we went down at 10 AM to get the breakfast, it was too late. The staff was very apologetic and the front desk even called us on day two to check in and see how we were doing. The property and staff were great. We just didn’t get the accessible room we needed for my husband who is a below knee amputee I needed an accessible shower.

Always enjoy my stay! Clean and quiet even with the soccer players.

Courtyard provided clean and comfortable room for baseball tournament attendees. Staff were helpful upon requesting extra towels and pool/ocean towels. As in most hotels now - we need to self prepare for cleaning every other day and teenage boys made that problematic. Appreciate maid service understanding extra trash bags to remove. Starbucks was good but boys needed more substantial breakfasts and dinners so we ate at the many good local places.

The beds were too soft, several rude staff, not very imformative, coffee was not good even though it said it was Starbucks, and cost more than Starbucks, asked for a manager and never heard back!

Ice makers didn’t work which made it hard to provide cold water for my athlete. The Starbucks breakfast was so so.

everything was OK but the bathroom toilet was not flushed and somebody had obviously urinated so the whole bathroom smelled. There was not breakfast there. There was a Starbucks with the food subpar.

Room was nice and clean.

Had a great experience I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and well maintained. Not convenient for many things, but I was there for work so it wasn't a big deal.

The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, I liked the bathroom layout and glass shower, the gym had all of the equipment that we needed and the pool was nice. The pool area could use some attention, such as the lock getting stuck, no towels available from time to time, and a foul odor near the back wall at certain times of the day, but the kids enjoyed the pool area nonetheless. We wish there would have been a breakfast buffet option included or at least a complimentary fresh pot of coffee for guests. Overall, we had a great stay.

Staff literally forgot to inform us of road closures for an event so we couldn’t get to our hotel.

I find courtyard by Marriott consistent and reliable… the rooms are always clean and in good condition with all ammenities working. Check-in and check-out is fast and easy. The lobby bistro is a nice convenience. I always know that my stay will be hassle free.

Friendly and patient staff. Rooms were spacious and extra sparkly. Great lobby area and courtyard outside!

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

Easy access First room smell really bad. Staff swapped room and said gave us free breakfast. We did not use the free breakfast yet got charge on final bill
