Location was great lady that checked us in was nice but the room had a bad odor

Room smelled moldy and furniture was very dirty. Gross.

Good bed, location is scary and ghetto. Too much blood on the wall. I don’t recommend.

Staff were great and very helpful

The night staff and morning staff were amazing, the Bk was ok, the waffles were fresh they kept it well stocked while we were there.

The only complaint I have was the lack of variety for breakfast. The room was clean the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff helpful, and the location was good, and price was right on all things considered.

It’s very outdated and tired looking. Carpet as baseboard. Stains in the toilet. I wouldn’t stay here again. Price is the only positive.

Probably needs to be shut down. Rooms extremely dirty, bathrooms falling apart, stains on bed frames chairs etc, floor tiles coming off, slabs of cover up paint everywhere. Pool area gate in shambles. Breakfast is a waffles maker and 2 brands of cereal. Hallways look like a 1970’s horror movie. Soon as you open the door you get a heavy dingy odor masked with cheap floor cleaner. Parking was atrocious. It’s so small and they had 2 commercial trailers blocking most of the parking spaces for 2 nights in a row doing line striping

The place needs a make over The parking is horrible Even though I was able to find parking. The lady in the front was Amazing!! Great Staff!! Very Helpful! She helped me with the parking. what i see as the problem is the following: 01. The place needs a complete Make over seems like there was one attempted but fell short A. they replaced flooring with lamanent but left the old Carpet Base boards it cheapened the entire look. also the floors looked dirty but not from the lack of cleaning because they used a residential product, instead of a Commercial product which could last longer & take the use that it would have too for the type of Turn over they have. B. The door to the units where inappropriate again, not good quality C. The bathroom as well cheap quality light residential products, not a better commercial product D. The wallpaper used is pealing off everywhere & is very dated & looks like there have been attempts to repair but it shows horribly E. the walls are scuffed in the Hallway F. Every things is chiped G. The rooms had balconies but no where to sit again. H. the doors securing the balconies dont fit properly and the locks used are Residential styles and types and didnt work properly. I myself took my own tools and repaired the lock to feel safe to lock the room. I. The Breakfast that Quitely Inn is known for to me, was below par. waffles, cereal only options, more to say, Not enough Characters to write

Room does not look like photos. Dingy, run down, stains on bed. A/C was warm. I checked out right after I checked in. Hotel and Expedia wouldn't refund. Expedia gave me a $25 credit, yay! Lol. So apparently a hotel can mislead and put you in a filthy room and there's no recourse. I would NEVER book here!

The hall to the room was dirty and smelled mildewy; the room had a smell of Pine-Sol that almost burned my nostrils - my wife said she smelled urine. I will say that the staff was friendly and agreeable, and the room was very spacious. The waffle machine smelled very good, but I think that was the extent of the hot breakfast. Bot they handn't promised or listed that, so that was okay.

Stayed for one night 6/6. Front desk looked nice and clean. When I go to the room, it needed a lot of repair. Wall paper was peeling all over the walls, was not able to access WiFi, no signal on tv for about 5 minutes. Mirror closet doors base needed a deep cleaning, bottom doorway to the restroom was missing, restroom floor needed a deep cleaning and bugs were found in the restroom.

Room was clean. Parking was good
