Good for the price. Not too far from the beach.

location is amazing. The lady and gentleman at the desk were so sweet! room was clean, bathroom wasn’t as clean. Bed was extremely hard. so after two night I’m pretty sore. If you’re looking for a clean hotel great location and don’t mind a hard mattress- this is your place

We would stay here again. The rooms were redone and very nice. The outside of the hotel wasn’t as nice as the rooms. It’s not fancy but it’s clean and nice!

We only used the room for sleeping after full days being out and about. It is not what I expected, however it worked for what we needed it for.

We only stayed there because all the other hotels in that area was full. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again

The property is run down. The tub didnt have a faucet, just a shower head. No cleaning service. Checking in was difficult. Would never stay again!

Was good, close to a lot of places like Legoland. I’m still waiting for my deposit. The room didn’t have an iron.

We stayed four nights. The front desk was clean, but very bare. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. As soon as we walked in the room it smelled like Clorox. The sink area was well lit, plenty of sink space. We got clean towels and made beds everyday. There was not enough space to hang our clothes. I had to climb on top of a chair to wipe the top of the wardrobe to lay my clothes bag at the top. The bathroom was clean but did not have towel racks. The water pressure was very low. The tv was not a smart tv, and there weren’t any lamps for low lighting. The property was very clean. Parking was a little tight but very clean. The property managers and owner were nice. Their English was a little challenging to understand and would talk over us, but they were friendly-ish. It was not a Marriott, Fairfield, nor Red Roof, but it served its purpose.

Absolutely terrible experience. The water pressure was horrible, there was no soap provided, and the bed was by far the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on—it literally felt like I was sleeping on bags of chips. Nothing about this stay was worth the money. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else. Honestly, you'd be better off staying at a Motel 6 than wasting your money here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Close to the freeway, and drug deals nearby! Don’t go

Rooms are amazing just super clean and staff are super friendly!

The room was good sized. It was quieter than I expected being on the first floor and so close to the freeway. The bathroom and shower were very nice. The AC unit wasn't too loud. The location was good too for anything in the Carlsbad/Encinitas area. They've done some remodeling but they could use more. There could have been more tables and lamps. There was a large alcove in the back of the room that was empty. It may have had a dining table or even a small bed in it at one time. There were no USB ports. Walking barefooted on the hardwood floor turned my feet a little black. No breakfast was provided. This was probably an $80/night hotel if it weren't in Carlsbad.

It was very nice and clean, and there was a pool to relax in, which was a bonus!

I stayed here because of the distance and because the reviews said the rooms were renovated. I don't think they were, the floors feel like uneven laminate floors. There are no dressers, so I had to lay out my son's clothes on top of the small table and keep our clothes in our luggage and dress from there. The beds were rock hard and they kept sliding off the frame. Definitely not the place to take a family on vacation. If I could be blunt, this is the type of place you use to take a girl just for the night. Not if you're on vacation and have luggage with you.
