SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Diego Carlsbad

nice breakfast choices. Rooftop bar with a great view..

Good breakfast, great location.

I loved the rooftop bar. The views were stunning and the bartender (Quinn?) was incredible. He was so busy yet he made delicious cocktails and never looked at all stressed. Super impressive.

We loved this resort. Being so close to the village and having such a nice property that is modern and what you expect for the price when you stay in Carlsbad.

Room was clean, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything & the guests upstairs stomping around. The bed was not very comfortable. The glass door on the bathroom doesn't block out the light for others trying to sleep. The breakfast was good & there was a wide variety offered. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was on okay place to stay. Close to beach & Carlsbad Village. Parking was safe and convenient, but they do charge $25/day. Having to place your room key in a slot near the door to activate bathroom lights was strange, but I guess it helps electricity usage.

Staff, environment, location, rooms, lobby, the breakfast… all of it was great. Unfortunately had to take off early and didn’t get my full money’s worth, but aside from that, everything was wonderful and I really hope to come back. Thank you to the staff there!

Super close to the beach and restaurant. Will be back!

The staff. Very helpful and accommodating.

Great location Breakfast was terrible!

Breakfast was great, room was pretty clean and the location is excellent. Only complaint was our bathroom door wouldn't close, the slider door just stayed open and was annoying. Not a deal breaker though:)

Very clean hotel, amazing location, and great breakfast options. Perfect for families. Will be back.

Loved the location, walking distance to downtown. Clean beach towels and snacks daily. The staff were very helpful

We expected so much from a Marriott property but it was a flop! HOTELS.com sold us ocean view-they only had partial view for us and couldn’t do anything about it! Bathroom door did not close all the way or lock so that made a group of four AWKWARD! The AC u it was located next to the head of the bed so every time it kicked on we woke up. The breakfast is wonderful-so I will end on a positive note.

Very comfortable, rooms very quiet, liked all the space available..

Happy hr at the roof top restaurant. Lower cost of parking

Great location. Great breakfast. Having beach chairs and beach towels available was a plus. Pool was kinda small but manageable. Having to use the room card to gain access to various floors was reassuring. Would stay here again.

Quiet, clean and convenient for our brief stay in Carlsbad.

Great location , near the beach and Carlsbad village. Local restaurants and bars are also within walking distance.

The room and the property was clean. The assistant manager was very gracious to us. We loved breakfast was served til 10:30!
