Breakfast needs to have better options for kids.

There are a lot of great things about this hotel but a few things made it less perfect. We arrived early (11 am) because we were going to brunch in the area. The front desk girl was very nice and had us do all the check in paperwork and said she would let the cleaners know we were here so they could expedite our room cleaning. She said check in was guaranteed by 4pm but she would text us as soon as our room was ready. We checked back several times during the day since we didn't receive any notice and were told no. We were on the beach waiting, it was a few minutes before 4 and I started walking to the front desk. Exactly at 4 my text went off saying our room was ready kind of crappy since you have to be out before 11am. Our room was nice and big but when we went to sit on our balcony it smelled like dog urine. I suppose someone left their dog out there to urinate all over the couch and floor. You are only allowed 1 parking space per unit for $30 if more they have to find street parking. That being said the location is awesome, little continental breakfast was nice, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were free to use. You can even ask for a special pillow or brunch to be brought to your room. We will probably give them another chance but it is pretty pricey.

I loved having the beach chairs and umbrellas put up for us everyday and the kind gentleman who were always there when we had questions.

We were very happy with our stay here. This is a lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff. It was a great place for a quick get-a-way for some R&R.

This was a small vacation with my daughter prior to starting a new job. The grounds and inside the property were very aesthetically pleasing. It included breakfast which was convenient. The breakfast was artsy and that was great; it was good to get away from the traditional continental with coffee and juices. It is made for small bites so don't expect full breakfast. All the staff were nice and helpful. I didn't know that I needed sand chairs, a table and umbrella set up for me on the beach but let me tell you, this was a great treat. No lugging anything back and forth and it was staffed the entire time so you could ask for whatever you needed (i.e. a second umbrella, chairs and table moved, etc). The room was spacious which was very nice and you could hear the ocean. We were on a busy corner and that wasn't great but ultimately it didn't matter because it wasn't peak season. The outlets didn't work very well and didn't charge my devices fully which was odd. The WIFI is free but in our room, it didn't have a stable connection. Plan to walk up multiple flights of stairs to get around the property as there are no elevators. If you are looking for a quiet getaway where you can sit at the pool or the beach, then this isn't the place. It is loaded with families and kids and has a small pool so there is no place to chill in quiet.

The property is super beautiful. The kind of peace and calm we are looking for. We cancelled plans just to stay and enjoy because the view was spectacular. Unfortunately we werent able to try breakfast but im pretty sure it is excellent too. The room ie very spacious and classy. Would definitely come back more often.
