Beach Terrace

Great Location, right on the beach. Friendly Staff. Clean and fresh rooms Lovely morning snacks in reception. The air conditioner in the room was inefficient and extremely noisy. Had no choice but to turn off the AC, suffering a hit stuffy room for sleep.

The view from the hotel room is gorgeous and there’s the easiest access to the beach. It was wonderful fulling asleep during the night with the natural white noises of ocean waves. Everything is so perfect and chill for a vacation.

Great property! Rooms are large and clean. Beds comfortable! Staff friendly and helpful. Great little beach and pool area. Very well run. Only wish is for a jacuzzi and breakfast to end an hour later. We would definitely stay here again! Walking to everything

We loved this place and its special touches. The location is unbeatable and the property is well thought out. The poncho robes in the room are excellent as are the blankets for outdoor use, very cozy. The balcony was wonderful and we could sit out at night and watch the waves crashing on the shore, the sound was divine. The wristbands are a nice touch and makes it easy to go out on the beach without having to carry a bag. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. The property is very walkable to restaurants also. We will be back.

Beautiful location as the hotel is right on the beach with easy access and convenient beach chairs and umbrellas! Very good continental breakfast and coffee too. I wish I would have gotten the ocean view. No hot tub and small pool but the location and beach access makes up for that!

Place is must return

The location was impeccable and stunning! We were there for our wedding, so we didn't get to spend much time at the facilities like we wanted, but everything was beautiful, in perfect condition, and just stunning. I loved the fresh, different flavored water each day. We didn't a hear a peep from other guests or rooms. The hotel is not ADA compliant and that's difficult for some people. The lighting the rooms is not great. I was on the ocean front so it wasn't that bad, but my family was on the opposite side and their rooms were very dark.

Great location on the beach and within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. The room was spacious. The air conditioner was louder than we are accustomed to. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom did not have a make up mirror or shower cap. The best parts were the complementary breakfast (it was so artfully displayed) and being right on the beach. Parking was located across from the hotel but it was expensive.

The staff was helpful and kind. The room was spacious with a beautiful view. Breakfast was available but the hours started and ended too early so I didn’t get to enjoy it. Maybe on my next visit because I will certainly be returning! We have found our new favorite spot for quiet day trips and quick getaways!

Location and service were excellent. The beach valet, in particular, is a remarkable amenity. However, this family-owned property lacks routine maintenance. Rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, but baseboards, doors and frames, and walls are chipped in multiple areas and are obviously scuffed. Considering the rate, the discerning traveler will be slightly disappointed in the room conditions after passing through a well-kept and aesthetically appealing reception area. The ocean front view offsets these flaws, but the overall value is diminished as a result of them.

From the time we entered the lobby and warmly greeted to the time we checked out 4 nights later, everything was wonderful. The staff, the views, the property and the extras like breakfast, beach chairs and umbrellas and even popsicles handed out on a hot day. Only one small glitch when the TV wasn’t working for a day or 2. We hope to be back again soon!
