The one staff at the front desk was very, very nice. The beds comfortable. The refrigerator was cold.

Staff was not very welcoming nor helpful.

I have stayed at a Stay America hotel before. It was an average hotel. This hotel on the other hand was awful! The bed was more a cot, a lumpy mattress on a fold out metal frame, the rooms refrigerator was so loud that I had to unplug it. Starting the first night we had an invasion of ants. They sprayed the bathroom, the next day the ants were all over the kitchen area and floor. They sprayed again and the next day the ants were EVERYWHERE! When I called the front desk I was told they were out of bug spray. In addition there was no servicing the rooms at all, which ment I had to clean up all the dead ants with one of the two towels in the room. On the second day the elevator broke. I was on the 3rd floor and climbing stairs is very difficult for me, let alone with bags! I checked out four days early and will never go back.

Clean rooms and walking distance to many restaurants. Coffee and muffins in the lobby each morning. We would stay there again.

Overall dissatisfied. $203 a night for a room that had no shampoo, conditioner, no coffee pot or pots and pans. No dish soap. No sponge. Nothing unless you asked for it to be sent to your room. When staying at a hotel suite with a full kitchen I expect to be able to just bring my food and start cooking when I arrive.

The staff (Rafiqi) is awesome, he was very helpful. The first room that we were in had a problem with the air-conditioning and he quickly moved us to a different room. He is Very friendly and hard-working, thank you. My wife and I both seen small cockroaches in both rooms. With this exception the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

This place customer service was great. I was disappointed when I got to my room as AC was not working property and for me that was a disappointment as my son had been in a tournament and I wanted him and the kids to be able to sleep good

Ants all over the bathroom sink, shower curtain rod falling, no dishes you have to request, breakfast was old muffins, no coffee ran out, no staff to refill breakfast, booked here so we could swim, pool was emptied but that wasn’t mentioned when booking. I want my money back….ive stayed in this brand of chain before and this place needs help and needs to disclose no pool.

The grounds were nasty. Lots of smokers outside and cigarette butts & dog feces everywhere. Grounds unkept. Pool was closed for repairs. Mandatory room inspection with short notice was stressful as we had to rearrange my work schedule and plans. Noisy.

Breakfast consisted of no utensils, not even a spoon for my instant oatmeal. Breakfast was only instant oatmeal and mini muffin and a break bar. At least it was pet friendly. Not shampoo or even any cups in the room. Only had 2 little bar soaps. No hair dryer, no water in the pool, trash outside was overfilled.

Great staff, but repeated key issues, a very dated room with minimal amenities, an unusable pool, dim lighting, and a very limited continental breakfast. Bed was fine, but the hotel needs an update.

Unfortunately, the common areas were very dirty. The pool was not open. It was closed for repairs and when I needed some of the amenities that they said to go to the front desk to ask for for example, shampoo and conditioner, they were out of all of that stuff. I would not stay here again. The staff was very friendly.
