The top lock on our hotels room door was missing/broken. The railing for the shower curtain was also broken so the curtain couldn’t woke and water got everywhere when showering.

Beds were good. Room was smelly carpet was dirty, bathroom door handle was broken and poorly fixed, I had to clean the tub with chlorine before use. The breakfast was not poorly. The waffle maker was broken and the toaster. The juice was in a coffee container that was not clean. The lemon infused water container had a dirty rim at the top. NEVER COMING BACK. Oh and the pool water was green at checked and the next morning. Sooooo why???

The mattress was enclosed in a plastic wrap and all you heard was the crinkle noise all night long. Very strange and didn’t have a good sound sleep.

Had a horrible experience I had a problem checking in CSR was rude, hot tub was included but hot tub was boarded up, door lock was broken, mice in pool area, wires exposed in pool area, breakfast only offered water and coffee, housekeeping didn’t do their job, kids tried to break in room while playing knocking on the door game, unsanitary pool conditions felt uncomfortable during stay but I tried to enjoy the stay because it was my birthday but just couldn’t would not recommend

The Elevator needs attention and cleanliness when I walked in my room it had a weird smell could not pin point where the smell was coming from and also the water pressure was a little weak

Great experience. Only complaint I have is they close the pool at 9 which is quite early.

The only real complaint I had was that they packed up the breakfast early. I was pretty sure the breakfast was from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. But at 10 am they had packed it all up
