The room's cleanliness and updates were below standards. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and prompt.

The shower wasn't cleaned properly and someone's clothes was left under the bed behind the headboard.

Very clean though one of the light fixtures wasn’t working overall I had a nice night I and my partner .

The lobby was very hot. Uncomfortable to sit there while eating breakfast. The breakfast was undesirable. The food supply was inadequate for the number of guests. We had to wait (wasted our time) a couple of times for more food to come out. There were no milk cartons for the children. We had to use the carafe of milk for the coffee for our children's milk. The waffle maker was placed on a warped plastic tray that made it difficult to use. The tray would tilt back and forth as you tried to flip the waffle maker. The trash can was not emptied at all during the breakfast period ad was well overflowing by the end of breakfast with no place to put the breakfast plates. The towels did not smell fresh. The pool water was not clear. It was too milky for us to allow our children in the pool. There was a broken-down lawn mower in the parking lot taking up a parking space. It looked like it had been there for a while. I would not recommend this hotel, but unfortunately it is near Diggerland where we wanted to be. I don't plan to very stay I at Comfort Inn again. We did get a $50 refund for not being able to use the pool. That was nice of the manager. Some of the staff were friendly, but not everyone. Parking was adequate.

I brought in my own bed sheet and blanket. The breakfast was not that good . No ac at breakfast place.

The place was good. However, there was luggage in a room I checked in, but they changed my room. The pool is from 10am-9pm, only when manager is on staff. You cannot take breakfast to the room. But other than that it was a food stay for the family. Parking is included

The room size was okay, clean. The refrigerator was cold enough to keep my water cooler. The sheets were twisted on the bed it needed to be ironed and the bathroom and hallway had strong smell. Kids were running around making a lot of noise like a daycare center. Hotel is a place to rest and rewind. In general I give a3/5.

My children wanted to use the pool and were met with clumps of hair everywhere you looked, with the illusion that the pool are had not been cleaned in an unknown amount of time. The bathroom was littered with trash, and the floor was disgusting within the pool area. My room lights never worked except one in the corner. My safety lock was snapped off as if someone broke in. My door never properly latched and I had to push items against the door to keep it locked. My shower water never turned on, I had to go across the hall to use my mom’s shower. My mom’s toilet was peeling apart, and was sharp. The appearance outside of my room confirmed that my door had been broken into prior to my stay by what appeared to be a crow bar. The hotel itself is in a really great, quiet location, off the main roads. We were less than pleased for the price we payed to stay for the week we were visiting.

Same breakfast every day. You have to request someone to clean your room.

The lobby was very warm and I didn't like that you couldn't take your breakfast to your room which is quite unusual here in USA.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was charged twice for the room and it has been almost 7 days and I am still waiting on the refund. The front desk staff has been helpful, but it is still not resolved.

The pool was cloudy and could not go in it. The room the chair and refrigerator were broken and the room phone wasn’t working. In addition the tile on the floor was missing grout. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room 305. I’m so disappointed. As soon as we came in the room we noticed linen were not changed. Microwave had rust. We tried calling front desk we noticed the phone was there no cable on it. We went to let the front desk know and he gave us the phone number and told us we can call from our cell. Breakfast was awful. We are not sure if the parents of the front desk were the ones sleeping in the lobby on the sofas. We asked for our linens to be changed and they put the same ones after we removed them. Only 2 housekeepers seen in the morning. Checking out no one was at the front desk to receive our cards there was just a box. It’s was really bad. 😞

We stayed here 5.5 years ago and it was being renovated. It’s still being done but the rooms look really nice. Only thing missing was the safe in the room. We did not have one. Our stay was nice and peaceful.

My family loved the pool and hotel so much they wanna go back and get more breakfast
