Reviews

Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good as well.
-
There were not enough towels. I shared a suite with 3 grandchildren and requested towels on a couple of occasions, which we never received. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and conveniently located to the attractions we were attending.

Got just what I needed in my stay. Quiet, clean, & comfortable room. The property overall was nice too.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The place is in a very convenient area. Lots around. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and makes sure you are completely taken care of. They could leave an extra towel or pillow. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. We made settlement on our home and have to stay for two weeks. We are at the end of our first week and we really are enjoying our time here.

Warning: there are two Springhill Suites hotels labeled as “Cherry Hill” in this area. I booked the wrong one and didn’t realize it until I was at the other property. This location refused to help through any type of refund due to the honest mistake and clearly easy confusion. Make sure you check the address before booking because they are not exactly physically close to each other.
