He first room was like a closet with two beds stuffed in it. It smelled like a musty basement someone smokes in. We asked for a new room - they only had one to give us. It also smelled awful but better. We were in desperate need of some sleep - so we stayed and got up at 5:30 the next morning to get out of there. We’ve stayed at other holiday inns in the past so we’re expecting a decent hotel. What a let down

All good except there was constant beeping in my room (#328). Did not get a good night rest.

Bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was very hard.

The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs.

Breakfast was not refilled had to ask for items that were empty. Tables were not cleaned after use.

Parking and greeting were fine. This visit the room was sorely lacking! There was not TV directory card in the room and the scrolling directory of channels was incorrect. The lights and electricity on the headboard side of the room and clock went on and off then off entirely. The sink did NOT drain well and there was no hot water in the sink.

The room we’re in was terrible due to the AC isn’t working and it took so long before someone came and check. Then it was pass midnight when they offered to change rooms
