Staff is a little dismissive when issues are presented. They dont enforce the non smoking Rule. Some staff members were accommodating. I travel often for work, so I can say it was ok, but would I visit again? No.

The hotel has not been kept up, chairs are all ripped it’s old and really in need of a remodel.

Staff were nice and helpful, breakfast was solid, room was clean but the HVAC didn't work very well, so our room was very humid the whole time; much more humid than even the hallways? That was the only problem we had with our stay.

Room was missing a mirror so after unpacking and setting up noticed something odd in bathroom. Front desk took care of it right away. Sent someone up with keys to a different room on the same floor. Next room was good other than a few cracked bathroom tile. All staff were knowledgable helpful and kind the whole stay.

The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Our sink wasn’t draining properly. Breakfast seemed very limited.

Clean facilities, rooms were very nice and clean and staff was very nice helpful and with a sense of humor! If ever in the area again I will for sure book here.

The only thing I liked was the hotel’s location. It’s close to Philadelphia and conveniently located near the highway, stores, and restaurants when needed. I have stayed at this hotel three times, but this was by far the worst experience. There was a terrible smell in the room, the drain was clogged, and the entire hotel was dirty. The staff was absolutely terrible. Every simple request was treated as if they were doing me a huge favor. They couldn’t even provide me with a receipt. I will definitely stay somewhere else next time, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
