Loved that there was a bar in the lobby!

Well located, clean lobby and rooms, comfortable beds. We were visiting our oldest daughter for family weekend and picked a hotel with a pool for the younger kids. The pool was disappointing, not heated, not clean, so that was a bust. Wish there was a continental breakfast.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay this weekend. What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. After being up since 3:00 AM, spending the day in meetings and traveling, I arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. I was expecting the usual check-in process, but the front desk staff member made everything incredibly easy. She simply asked for my name and already had everything prepared. My reservation was checked in, my credit card information was already on file, and she handed me my room key without making me go through a long process. She then explained how to get to my room, wished me a great night, and even asked if I needed a wake-up call for the morning. After such a long day, that level of efficiency and genuine thoughtfulness meant so much. She was absolutely amazing! The following morning, I came downstairs for breakfast and had another wonderful interaction with a member of the staff. She greeted me with a beautiful smile and immediately made me feel welcome. She asked what I would like for breakfast and personally showed me where the coffee was located. Her warm attitude and willingness to assist were another example of the excellent service throughout my stay. It is often the small things that make a hotel stay memorable, and this team got those things exactly right. From the effortless check-in to the warm breakfast service.

Breakfast should be included. For the $16 we spent for a small scoop of eggs, burnt bacon, and cold toast, we should have gone to a local diner. Breakfast was a joke. Also, how hard is it to clean the air filters in the a/c units? They were so dirty.

Ice machine on our floor was broken but other than that no complaints. Nice room,very clean hotel. It would be nice if they offered a free continental breakfast

Convenient to everything clean

We didn't use the pool or gym, but we scoped them out and they were clean and functional. Every employee we encountered was very kind and helpful. They have complimentary toiletries if you forget anything, which was great since we forgot toothpaste!
