Imagine something old pretending be new one. Isn’t working that way.

I did not stay at this hotel. They canceled my reservation before I even got there. The representative or front Desk clerk. That I talked to 2 days in a row named Bobby. Joe has the worst attitude to be working in customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good referrals for area Restaurants.

The property was very clean, the rooms spacious, and the indoor pool was wonderful. The 1 star ding was the breakfast. It was not your typical hotel breakfast. They had hard boiled eggs and cereal. No pancakes, meat, or oatmeal. The coffee was very good as well. We were close to the LMCU facility so this is a great choice and price point for those outings.

Comfortable bed, no noise from other guests, good sized room with necessities. Extra towels were provided upon request. I was also loaned a phone cord when I forgot mine which was greatly appreciated. IMHO one of the employees at the desk could definitely benefit from some management hotel operations training. The other employee was very kind, welcoming and generous which is what I would hope for in a Hilton representative. Additionally the breakfast is bare-bones. No cooked eggs and meat, or a waffle maker which is pretty much standard in hotels these days (yes, I know because we stay in them nearly weekly). We opted for the McDonald's next door on our way to work so that should say something about the breakfast offered.

great place. lighting outside was out so it was dark and maybe not great for solo travelers if getting in after dark

I like coming there for a few days . Only thing is we i didn't have towels or anything in our room had to go yo front desk to get everything. But other than that I enjoy going there.

The breakfast is not so good, but otherwise is great for the price

Easy location ,quiet on the 4th floor. Had to ask for a ice bucket. No hot tub. Breakfast was cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt ,muffins and toast. You could make your own oatmeal if you wanted. No hot food was offered.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall room was clean. Parking was easy. Breakfast was not good. Building was not in great shape. Elevator small and loud. Ice machine was broke. Paint chipped and peeling in multiple areas. Beds not comfortable.

Had a great dtay last night. Easy check in, room was clean and updated. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I was disappointed in my stay. No coffee maker in the room and when I went down to the lobby for breakfast was no coffee either.
-
The room was quite large, overall clean except for the carpet - my socks I wore ended up fairly dirty. The hotel was a great value. Employees very friendly. Continental breakfast so nothing fancy, but is better than nothing. I would stay here again.

- Bobby Jo - Matt * They were so kind to me.. Bobby Jo when I checked in and Matt when I checked out. Above and beyond... WITHOUT being asked. They took the initiative to make sure I was taken care of. I travel A LOT and its more rare than not these days to be SEEN in this way. I'm grateful! The little convenience store was low on supplies, but that's not a bad thing. I'm nit-picking here because I literally liked most things about my stay there.

Ben was so accommodating in getting us extra blankets and pillows-they were warm from the dryer!!! and we were so tired from a day of cheer competition. We stay here 2x a year and the front desk clerk (Im so sorry I forgot her name) is always helpful and sweet. My only request would be hot food for breakfast-at least eggs and bacon. Hungry cheerleaders and coaches need protein!!
