Quality Inn Grand Rapids North

The room was very outdated and beds worn-down, the tub did not drain, it got fix during my stay. It was clean. The breakfast was ok. Its a quiet area. Good for sleeping.

Everything was just okay. I got what i paid for.

The building is run down and smells. Breakfast was a sad affair.

The hotel and the room were clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I travel with w dogs, I informed them ahead of time no issues.

I had to ask twice to get a luggage rack brought to the room. Breakfast was adequate.

Everything was pretty okay. The room was humid and the floor was sticky. There was also a child’s T-shirt laying in the nightstand, and I do not have children.

Rooms and property were dirty. Pool was freezing and a/c was broken. Screens were torn. Burn holes in bedding, thick dust on vents. Hairdryer had melted outlet. Door wouldn’t fully close without hitting toilet

Very outdated

It sufficed. We were there for 2 nights, but briefly. We were busy much of the time. Breakfast was too busy to go to. Went down the street and that was amazing

Comfortable beds

It had a pool and hot tub and it was right off 96 Loose railings on the stairs, pool was 75 degrees, the ac/heater unit in the room was missing the top cover so there was a piece of wire mesh attached otherwise the fan blades would have been exposed.

The location of the hot tub is located so privately that I could not use it the last night I was there, because a couple was in it and having intercourse on the stairs. Apparently they did not care that it was also surrounded by windows. The staff handled but seriously not cool.

We had a clean room and extra amenities! The pool and hot tub was awesome! We arrived a little late to breakfast. It's 6am-9am, we got there at 8:45. There was still food everywhere and they were still restocking it until 9am! Great hotel, good prices!

Staff

The room was clean. No mention that there is no elevator and if you have a pet. You MUST stay on 2nd floor with no elevator.

Pool was Cold, breakfast was cold, mirror in bathroom wouldn’t light. Mold in shower.

The hotel is very old and out dated. The screen in the windows were tore up, has a radiator( I believe it's called)heating system thats very old. The bathroom vent fan was so dirty/dusty you couldn't see the fan So it not be dusted or cleaned properly. There isn't a elevator, so you have to carry everything up stairs.

The doors are a fire hazard because the building is so not maintained it locked us in.
