The facility is very clean and has been recently updated. The room was excellent, the bed is very comfortable. However. We were completely unaware that in order to have room service clean your room you had to inform the front desk the day before. They do not verbally tell you this when you check in, instead they give you a written list of property amenities that buried down in the bottom of the list is the fact that your room will not be cleaned unless you request it. It was very disappointing to stay two nights and find that our room was not touched at all after the first night. And the front desk staff was rather surly when we asked if this could be corrected, it was only 4:00 in the afternoon. So for any future visitors before warrant. The breakfast was also quite good and varied. But our room service experience dampened our trip.

Carrieann was excellent at the front desk and most helpful. The hotel is impeccably clean and the free breakfast is quite delicious.

Just everything, especially the cleaning

My partner and I came for the hot tub. We spoke to someone at IHG and they told us it was working. Ty - at the front desk - saw I was frustrated and took control over the situation. He offered a decent compromise and was adamant about helping. I truly appreciate his help and efforts. He really helped to make a disaster into a pretty good stay overall. The bacon could be a little crispier. That pool is heated a tinge above freezing. Overall though thanks to Ty (and Melissa) it was a good stay.

Overall we had a good stay. Rooms are spacious with many ports for electronics. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and tea and coffee all day. However, during our stay the hotel was short staff which placed a heavy charge on Cheriann who checked us in. She did a great job of checking in , addressing concerns and physically supporting maintenance issues. The pool water delightful and we wished the hot tub was in service. I would visit the hotel again .
