The main issue was how I was treated by staff during checkout. Before the 11:00 AM checkout time, staff repeatedly came to my door, banging on it and telling me it was almost time to leave. This felt aggressive and unnecessary, especially as I was still within the allowed checkout period. I was made to feel rushed and unwelcome in a way that was unprofessional. At around 11:15 AM, while I was still finishing packing, I was told that the police would be called because I had not yet checked out. Being slightly past checkout time does not justify that level of escalation, and I found this response completely inappropriate and intimidating. The situation was further escalated by multiple staff members becoming involved, which made the interaction feel even more hostile. One employee, who identified himself as “Sam,” was particularly rude and contributed significantly to the negative experience. In addition, the room itself had maintenance issues. The shower did not function properly unless set to either scalding hot or barely warm, making it difficult and uncomfortable to use. Overall, this stay fell below a basic standard of hospitality. Between the unprofessional conduct of staff and the room issues, I did not feel respected or properly accommodated as a guest.

Lovely, spacious, clean room. My only complaint is that hand soap, shampoo, conditioner nor toothpaste were provided.

the breakfast was not very good, no real choices, and i did not use the wifi during my visit as i find it unsafe for my devices the floors and sheets and showers could have been cleaner

The whole hotel has a strong chemical smell. It is worth in the rooms as the windows do not open. We are back home and all of our clothing and bags still smell from being in the room for one night.

This is an OK place to stay for a night or two. Best price in the area.

I stayed for one night. The area is nice. The motel staff was great. The condition of the room was clean but was a little worn but that is expected at a motel 6.
