Location ok Unprofessional unfriendly staff. Housekeeping did not clean room on scheduled day. Front desk person was not helpful at all. Did not provide towels for us. Shampoo and soap canisters in bathroom were empty never refilled. Had to purchase toilet paper. All hand sanitizer canisters throughout facilty were empty. Exercise equipment broken. Desk clerk said "oh" when told. Clerk was aware of issue but did nothing to remedy situation. Coffee dispenser full of coffee grounds daily. Staff said wrong size filters were used. They did not change them. Unable to have coffee the entire 5 days. Only one Luggage carrier was available. It was bent and wobbly with bad squeaking wheels. It needed to be thrown away. Desk clerk made no effort to find another carrier. No ice in machine on our floor. It was not working.Room was musty smelling. Clerk said we could change rooms which would have been time consuming and a hardship. Told clerk we would be giving a bad review. She said "a lot of people do". Desk clerks were not friendly. Spent their time on their cell phones and not greeting guests properly. Appeared to be sloppy and lazy. Oblivious to concerns of guests.Parking was terrible. Minimal spots available. Upon check out, clerk did not greet us. She did not say "thank you" or "how was your stay?". When asked for business card for manager, she said there were none. When asked for managers name and number she took 15 minutes to find it and write it down. (If manager was needed, she obviously had difficulty finding his contact information) This should be concerning to guests. There was no manager on duty throughout our stay. Staff had no people skills. They appeared to take no pride in hotel or their treatment of guests. We would Never stay there again!

Rooms nice and modern and comfortable. Well maintained and clean. Breakfast was fine. Parking wasn't easy to find when we arrived back at hotel after dinner.

Excellent service all around.

The staff were pretty helpful Didn’t stay for breakfast. Parking is atrocious! They need more parking! And get those elevators fixed! They sound like they’re on their last legs. I’m not easily scared but I took the stairs when possible.

All fine Breaded chicken for breakfast…we prefer bacon or non-spicy sausage.
