Bed was okay Unfinished drywall repair, black mold in the bathroom, bathroom sink clogged,HVAC system wasn't working correctly and they had to run external dehumidifiers in the halls, shower shelf broken and just laid to the side ... Awful experience

The bathtub had a little mildew, the sink was draining slow, the lamp didn’t work and the hallway air wasn’t working it

The location The bathroom had mildew around the shower, was not a good sight, the price in one week went up 70$

The smell of the room and we woke up to a patch of drywall fell off the wall.

The staff was great but the hallway and the gym was sooo hot and there was only one elevator working which took a long time to get to and from the room.

It was a nice room..the bed was nice... Our tv didnt work.....room 331 we had only very few stations.....I have a video of me going through the stations with nothing......it was a poor stay...and I was excited to come back we had stayed there before and it was an amazing place by this time it just wasn't....the shelf in the bathroom was off the wall and sitting on the tub also....have video of that too....

We told the man at the front desk, he said yeah a lot of people complain about the smell and the air conditioner also. We came from out of town my sister was gravely ill. We didn’t have time to change rooms.the man at the front desk also said the district manager quit too! Terribly run hotel
