Rooms, floor, everything was nasty!!!

Lobby and rooms were just dirty. Bed was nothing but coils with a sheet on top. So uncomfortable

Location Not clean!!! Still had toothpaste in bathroom sink, no toilet paper in our bathroom...very run down..no tablets in the kids area, pool down for maintenance, breakfast was just awfu..not clean area with food and there was nothing really to eat..staff was very nice.

Tub was brown and dirty, walls are cracked, the smell from other guests were horrible.

Extremely outdated and dirty. There was mold on the roof, dirty bed sheets, and bed bugs. The room smelled like mildew and we got horrible sleep.

The stuff was very nice The AC unit was very loud. The bed was not comfortable. There was not a couch in the room even though i was told it was. The room smelled like sewage one of the lamps didn’t work. The bathroom wall look like some painted it with their eyes closed. Went down for breakfast the eggs looked like power the sausage was just put in pan looked uncooked it’s was only 2 pieces of white bread that looked stale and it’s smelled just like bleach it was not enough food for 5 people.

Hotel was close by the place I was visit. I was very disappointed with the Wyndham. The place was very nasty behind the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Mildew towel was so filthy hotel had an odor just very, very nasty so disappointed with that place very nasty. I was in room 217 very nasty. The light behind the toilet was having me clean and knee. The door need to be replaced room older air-conditioning may know all night very disappointed with Wyndham very disappointed.

The pool is down, my feet were black from walking on the room floor 10 minutes in, there was urine on and around the toilet, there was mold on the window seal and the bathroom floor and door, everything was just dirty but I guess you get what you pay for. I will not stay at this property again. The staff was nice and breakfast was ok.

Check in was quick and easy Room wasn't cleaned when I closed the bathroom door it was dirty and looked like mold potentially on the door. Room was supposed to be a handicap accessible room the toilet was very low the bathtub was a normal height tub my wife couldn't get in it because of her hip which is why I booked a handicap accessible room the indoor pool was told was not working. People in the hotel were smoking Marijuana very heavy and the night desk clerk walked through the hall to bring linen to a room and didn't say or do anything

The staff was very nice The property needs to close down and needs to remodel!!! The walls are dirty and the ac units sound so bad!!! The pool was not working and it smells so bad in the rooms!! Apple juice had a bug cone in my sister in law cup!! The bottom is the hotel is not up to code and be shut down remodel!!! DHEC needs to called!!!
