Older hotel but covered the essentials.

I was pleasantly surprised, as this was the best stay in a week despite being on the lower price end. Decent mattresses, good and plentiful towels, well stocked, fridge with a freezer compartment, everything worked, breakfast was ample, and quiet enough. One small defect was the room was not pre-cooled on a 90+ day.

Front desk clerk tried to help. Also refrigerators had to call maintenance from outside to fix. Pillows not full size very small. Also shampoo and cream rinse empty. Hair dryer missing replaced 2nd day. Pool looked good. Breakfast o.k.

Was givin a upgraded room but wasn’t much of an upgrade. Sheets were stained, tub was stained, no shampoo or conditioner. Bed was rough to say the least and pillows were def lacking even though there was 4 on the bed.

Staff was very nice; hotel run down and not clean

Ice machine worked great! Bed was never made (2 nights). Towels were not exchanged (1 night). Breakfast was limited and same for 3 days. Pool was closed. Room keys worked intermittently.

It was pretty and clean I didn’t see anything I didn’t like

Shower faucet was obviously broken for a long time, could not get hot water out of it. Hair all over the shower. Beds had black spots that flicked off when scratch on three different blankets, AC kept room hot overnight and fridge was barely cool. Advised staff and they “took a note to let management know” as if they didn’t already know.

The staff was wonderful breakfast was great Pool was out of service.. we were notified the day of. Room was kinda hairy and the door was broke in the back of the building..

The was down the whole 2 weeks and the ice machine never worked

The lobby and room was clean. Hallways were freezing , they looked kinda run down. The pool was out of order, pool area smelled like mold. Breakfast was not good, unbeatable. The out side doors did not lock, so anyone could walk right in. Hallway smelled like weed.

They don’t vacuum hallways much. Also, I was told to use the stairwell, there is no elevator. Now, as a contractor, I have multiple bags. The next morning I saw someone getting on the elevator!! Breakfast was standard. Do not eat at Bob Evans down the road- I got food poisoning! It’s been 3 days and I’m still not well! Bring your own body wash- they have bar soaps. 1 washcloth for two days in the room.

Room wasn't cleaned between the 2 night stay. Toilet was not clean.

Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was dirty. Carpet had not been swept. Bathtub did not drain while taking a shower. Area around the ice machine was nasty. Did not feel comfortable using the ice.
