The property is extremely dated and wore out. Looks like they may be doing some work in some areas. Main elevator not working had to use elevator at back of building. Advertised breakfast included- told they are remodeling restaurant next door so no breakfast. They need to update their website accordingly.

the location and the pool/ hot tub were nice! The hotel smelled dirty and moldy everywhere. It was very old. Continental breakfast advertised but there was none. Pictures made it look much nicer! Staff was overheard swearing about American guest. Front desk lady acted like she was on drugs at checkout. The game room had broken equipment. Vending machines looked so old and nasty. And everything was mostly sold out. Showers were not hot and had the worst water pressure I have ever seen in my life. For that alone I would never stay there again.

Under construction. No restaurant, no bar, no working ice machine with several other problems. Pictures were not of this hotel. You need to vet these hotels.

better review on YELP. This was a very nice place,a balcony which was fantastic to have as a smoker(all butts went into garbage,not in lawn),beds very comfortable ,HOT TUB and pool very clean and great hours.Very happy with this hotel

Very dirty room. I saw some kind of stains/residue on the wood headboard. It is not a place I’d recommend for anyone. The cleanliness. The hotel also had an odor.

The photos on this app for this property do not clearly reflect the hotel. I was very disappointed as I rely on the photos when booking rooms. The photos look nothing like the hotel.

Great location The elevators not working and out hot tub not getting hot water

The location was perfect. The hotel really wasn't very clean. Smelled in the hallways. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We will not be staying there again.

While the hotel room was clean, there were major renovations taking place in the hotel that I was not made aware of until I checked in. I purposely booked that hotel because it had a bar/lounge, which I was looking forward to enjoying that evening. Without knowing this ahead of time, I arrived at the hotel to find it closed for reconstruction.

I understand that some dirt and disruption is expected during renovations. The restaurant and bar are closed for renovations, and construction crews were coming in and out of the hotel. Thankfully, this is noted on the hotel's website, but it should also be clearly communicated on Expedia. Beyond the renovation, the hotel appears poorly maintained. The pool area, hallways, and common areas need significant attention. There was a broken mirror near the hot tub, the glass doors were covered in filth, and sections of the hallways had areas where something had been removed with pipes left exposed and hanging. The room was okay overall, but my no-smoking room had cigarette ash on the window sill, and the window was unlocked when I arrived. There was also a note stating that towels are provided at the pool, but the pool towel supply was completely empty. I understand renovations can cause some inconvenience, but the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and condition of the property need major improvement. Expedia should also include updated photos and clearly disclose the current renovation status.

Best made bed I ever slept in! Staff was very kind and helpful. Building is old and a little beat up. Quiet and safe. Unfortunately I saw a few roaches. Otherwise it was a very decent experience.

The property needs major updates. Elevator broken. No breakfast. Bathroom needs work. No water pressure ..little hot water. Staff was nice.

Our stay started with the hotel manager stating they could not give us connecting rooms so that our family could be close. We were then notified that the main elevator was not functioning and we'd have to use the one in back which featured a broken indicator light and was next to a door with a broken window. The hallways were hot and humid like there was no air running and the bathroom light was constantly flickering. Neither of the rooms we had included soap either. The pool was filled with debris and sediment that cut up your feet and none of the ice makers on any floor worked. What was once the best hotel in town has now turned into a dump.

The pool is a cool little area, but we had bugs in our room and were moved to another room that had a musty smell. The hotel is in need for updates, paint is chipping, towels had stains, and the carpet is in terrible shape. Staff was friendly and helpful.
