Everything was great

Housekeeping did not service the room on the second day. Door to the room stuck. Some force was required to open it and to to close it completely. This was mentioned to staff at check-out. Staff was pleasant and professional in their attitude.

Property and room seem a little worn but overall had a good one-night stay. Room was clean, fridge, TV all good. Bed comfortable. Wierd discussion with couple in room next to us who said boyfriend was harrassed by other drunk guests and "be careful". Our stay was uneventful and peaceful.

Not even Coffee. There was one cup for each one of us in the room.

Roaches in our room. Place being remodeled. Gave us a credit but then they took it back. This place will not be my first choice next time I come through town.

Our room was excellent. Exactly what we were looking for. The pool and hot tub were fun and relaxing. The only frustration was that we asked to be on the first floor or next to the elevator and the front elevator was broke down and they placed us in the middle of the 2nd floor, nowhere near the elevator. Very clean and pleasant staff.

Nice, friendly staff, but the property is clearly in decline. Bathtub has no stopper (even after staff gave two to try). Front elevator is broken, and the air conditioning is not running in corridors. It was an OK stay, but we won’t come back.

A Garbage dump, the junkyard, a morgue. These are a few places I'd rather stay, than at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Warsaw ever again. The first problem was the smell. Each floor had it's own unique, terrible odor. Next, was the shower. It didn't work. I had to use the provided coffee cup to fill up and pour over myself to wash off. Once informed of the shower issue, the front desk offered me a bigger cup. I chalk this up to the language barrier. After I insisted, they did attempt to fix the shower. Unfortunately, the fixed shower only produced cold water. Lastly, the indoor pool was ice-cold and dirty. Will never return.

Chose this hotel based on photos online we were disappointed. Upon arrival it does appear to be in renovation so hopefully will get better, but the hotel next door was very questionable and there were people wandering about near the parked cars in our lot. The room itself had a funny smell and was passably clean, but in bad need of update. The Halls have been recently painted and you could they are working on it I would wait until renovation was complete before considering staying again. No coffee in the lobby. Parking area was not very clean and I felt ill at ease walking my dog after dark. The room was very large, and it was quiet inside.

The indoor pool was shockingly cold and the hot tub was so over chlorinated that it bleached the color out of my swim suit. The beds were supposed to be doubles but they were so small only one person could be comfortable in each bed. The bed frames stuck out several inches on either side of the mattresses because they were probably full or queen size frames but the mattresses were so small they didn't fit in the frames. It made hard to get in and out of bed, especially for the elderly people in our group. One of our bathroom sinks (we had 2 adjoining rooms) didn't drain properly and both showers had crusty shower heads that sprayed in all directions with low water pressure. The hotel lobby and hallways were not air conditioned so it was unbearably hot to move around the facility. There was chewed gum stuck to the floor under one of our beds and dust in many nooks and crannies around the room and on furniture. There was only one towel in each bathroom when we checked in, even though each room is said to sleep 4 people (I'm laughing at that because of the freakishly small beds!). There was only one working elevator that was very far away from our rooms, which again was hard for the elderly people in our group, especially since the hallways were so hot and humid. It was the only working ice machine we found was on a different floor from our rooms. It seems the whole hotel is under rennovation, and it could be a great place when they're done but right now, not a great experience.

There was no breakfast, no bar, and no restaurant. Most ice machines I seen didn't work. The outside pool was unusable and closed. The inside pool was way to cold to be swimming in. The hot tub jets didn't hardly work at all so you we're basically taking a steaming bath in everyone's filth that had been there before you the room itself wasn't too bad, but I could pee with more pressure than the shower had and it was only warm water. The toilet didn't flush very well, most times you would have to try a couple of times just for peeing in it. Make sure to bring your own soap and amenities for the shower because the containers may be empty.

The water never got hotter than lukewarm, too cold to shower. The toilet had to be flushed multiple times before it actually flushed anything down. The TV had no directions, but every time you turned it on you had to change the input. We would have no way of knowing that without asking. The mattresses were double, but on queen bed frames so there was extra metal frame on the sides. It was just overall trashy feeling. And I'm not a high maintenance person!

The cable box was missing from TV, the staff did remedy that. No restaurant as advertised, no breakfast. There was a coffee pot in room

The hotel is undergoing much needed construction. This information is not made know to you at time of booking. The hot water was not available. 2 sets of Invited guests to a graduation ceremony canceled their reservations to this hotel for others in the same area. My guests had better experiences at Best western which was $30 less per night. I will not recommend this hotel. Word to the wise…

We stayed here for the weekend and it was a very nice stay. Could tell some of the things were a little outdated but overall it was a very nice place. Would recommend if you were in Warsaw to try it out.😁
