Great stay, as usual.

The lady at the front desk, acting like we were bothering her to check in, and it took her like fifteen minutes to even get up to the front desk.
-
we got to our room it was hot and my son said it smelled like a crawfish boil. Once we got inside the bathroom had not been cleaned- trash still in room, dirty towels and the floor had been swept in a corner by the door. No hand soap, body wash, towels

The breakfast was very good and the staff was fastidious about keeping the area clean.

The scent they put in the air/heat unit. Too strong. No hand soap in bathroom

Apparently out of hand soap. Had shampoo in dispenser to wash hands and not an extra hand towel to dry hands. Hotel was clean and located in a nice convenient area. Breakfast was standard hotel break but everything was cooked properly and area kept clean.

The hotel is clean however once you walk on the tile floor or roll suitcase over it, shoe prints and roller marks are everywhere. I would have liked a hairdryer in the room along with extra toilet paper. And I would like shower doors clean from water spots. Those are my only negative comments, lots of positives.

The breakfast bar should open earlier for those who want to get an early start. I would suggest 6 am.

The beds were great. However the shower curtain was not very clean and the tub had rusty stain. There was no soap in the container in shower. The other complaint I have is that there were no cups/plastic glasses in the room. Needing to take nightly medicine it was nearly impossible to take without water. For the cost of this room it was unsatisfactory. The breakfast was great, though.
