We had a great experience! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and great breakfast daily. Convenient location. Little surprises for guests such as cookies or candies and little flags - we were visiting around Independence Day! We had a great stay!

Hotel was well located and close to Metrorail. Room’s kitchen lacked some cooking utensils. Cleanliness needs improvement. Carpet and some furniture soiled and need replacement. A couple of towels were dirty. Breakfast was generally good but some items ran out quickly (cream for coffee). Staff were welcoming. Would stay again if hotel addresses items mentioned.

The property and room shows many signs of excessive wear and there stains on the carpet and the shower wouldn't drain well. The weather was hot and the AC could not keep up. Keeping the curtains closed, the ceiling fan on, and the AC on its highest setting, it was still 80 degrees when we went to bed. I'm the morning it was still about 75. We were missing bedding for the sofa bed and had to wait more than an hour and didn't get it until after midnight after 3 conversations about it. I expected much better for $1500 for 3 nights

Location No outdoor space. Dark room. No makeup mirror. Limited breakfast. No restaurant or bar.

My day was perfect. The location was great. I was in the midst of a lot of good restaurants, my only negative is they need a waffle maker for breakfast.Parking on the street was reasonable if you don’t want to pay $55 per night

Everything was excellent (Breakfast/Staff/Room) Only issue were police and fire sirens were constant 24/7 not the hotels fault, This property is in a well kept area of DC

Your parking rates are extremely high and your incidental charges are also extremely high.

The room we were suppose to be in and paid for was damaged heavily by animal, and it smelled so bad. We were switched to another room and it was terribly small.

I booked two rooms. Paid in full. They allowed someone else to check into one of my rooms claiming to be my other guest. Would not tell me who it was or give me a refund.

Early check-in is problematic. Nowhere to store luggage. Laundry facility is good. But bring your own quarters.
