Great location and large rooms with nice kitchen and seating areas. Very comfortable stay. Wish there was a sink in the bathroom and not just outside. We didn’t use the gym but it was all you need for a traveling workout. Breakfast was good but the second day did not have pancakes (at the time we were there at least) and no premade oatmeal (had grits on day 2). Missed those things being a plant based eater. They did have overnight oats with oat milk but not the same (but appreciated).

I booked this hotel for my birthday weekend and the moment me and my best friend pulled up, we were greeted with two young men that worked for valet, who showed us the greatest hospitality, as well as the staff as a whole made who our stay amazing ! the hotel was clean , and everything was so convenient to everything . i enjoyed my stay and birthday !

Exceptional

The requested bedding for the sofa bed upon arrival was never delivered. I had to call again the following day to request it, along with towels. As a family of five, we only received four towels at a time. During our three-night stay, the room was cleaned only once.

Good hotel with metro nearby and also good staff

The hotel is honestly perfect-budget friendly, directly across the street from a grocery store which is super convenient! It’s also a great area to walk and explore, take the train, etc…The staff were also super accommodating and there is daily breakfast included in the stay. The breakfast was hit or miss-but it was a full breakfast station setup with hot options.

The staff was very helpful and nice when help was needed and in general. Everything was set up nicely and clean as well. Breakfast was also very nice which included many options.

Staff was very helpful! The hotel was clean and we loved the flavored water that was available, the gym, and the location of the hotel. Wednesday snacks were great, better than the breakfast!

Everything was good.

Room was great with the kitchen. Layout was a bit tight, but we managed. Breakfast and evening snacks were great. Breakfast consistently refilled, even during the busiest times. Front desk staff were informative. Location was close to public transit.
