Un hotel muy céntrico. , el personal muy amable, la habitación muy limpia, la cama muy cómoda, el desayuno muy bueno, aunque debería ser más variado, en conclusión una estadía maravillosa, volveremos nuevamente.

The "kitchen" is not supplied correctly so be prepared to only have a spaghetti pot and slotted spoon - that's it. Also, the toilet is VERY low to the ground (think kindergarten), but they have a grab bar (thank goodness). Other than that it was very clean and the staff was 5 stars all the way!

Breakfast was okay, but the building needs a lot of maintenance.

Room was a great size and walkable to food and tourist attractions. Breakfast was good. If you want quiet at night, ask for a room not facing the street. Lots of sirens at night. Valet parking was expensive but nice to have an underground place to park. Added bonus had laundry and right across from a Safeway.

Great experience- friendly staff, solid breakfast with multiple choices, easy to use valet parking and a great location.

The view from the 12th floor after we were moved from a room on the 5th floor with defective amenities. We were told that we would have been refunded our Deposit for the two nights within 5 business days but it has been two weeks and there has been NO refund forthcoming. There has been a lot of correspondence with their staff, but they claim they cannot find our reservation. Additionally, we were placed in rooms with defects: Rm. 512 - toilet was not flushing properly; - broken closet handle - inadequate supply of towels for number of guests, so we had to be moved to the 12th floor. We had to move with linen from the sofa bed. Rm 1212 - defective microwave (it was warm when we got to the room, so we die not use it. We did not use the dishwasher, so we do not know how it worked - we washed everything by hand. - the sofa bed was smaller than the one in Rm. 512 and did not accommodate our grandsons comfortably. - the bottle of handsome was not affixed to the wall. - the desk light did not work and the hall switches did not work independently of the kitchen light This is extremely unacceptable for a Hilton Brand.

It was an interesting visit. We had my two sisters with their husbands and my husband and I visiting the area for a week. All of us have been married 40 years or more. All of our experiences were problematic in some way. We had pipe issues every time we showered. The noise was like a jack hammer along with the water pulsing like a jack hammer as well. Although not a deal breaker it was bizarre. For those who know about duvets (a coverlet over a blanket filler that can be laundered and then put back over the blanket filler), it was questionable. The filler blanket that had the coverlet over it appeared dingy. My husband questioned whether it was ever changed with new guests or if just the cover was. Our kitchen was in good shape with all amenities. My sister who had upgraded had a kitchen with nothing in it at all. She can speak for herself. My biggest complaint was the continental breakfast. The variety of food was nice but the “age” of all the milk was not. I had poured myself a glass of Almond Milk. But when I saw the way it came out out in major lumps, poured it out. The next day I tried the skim milk. I took one sip and it was very sour. I went to the kitchen staff and told them it was bad. The next day a mom with four children getting cereal were looking for the milk. There was no milk anywhere. But I went up to her and cautioned her about any milk that it had all been bad. They should have bought milk across the street at the store at the very least. Faulty fridge?

Excellent staff, great breakfast, good location.

We like the social gathering on Wednesday night. Our door was just freshly painted and it stuck very hard. My wife couldn't open it but I could.

There were 5 of us in 3 different rooms and we stayed 3 nights. We all highly recommend Homewood Suites. I called the day before arrival to request that our rooms be on the same floor and the phone was answered by Yahel who had such a friendly voice. She was able to assign our rooms side by side. I met her and other staff when we arrived and all were most pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of foods. Hotel was clean and our rooms were very spacious. The shower was excellent with very good water pressure. The Safeway Market across the street was a plus. The location was convenient for touring. We walked to some sites and restaurants and rode the metro to other sites as the metro was only about 10-15 minutes away. We felt safe in this location.

Room was spacious with a nice view. Clean. Looks like property is renovating the elevators. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay again.

The parking was tricky. Waiting for valet took longer than expected. He wasn’t there waiting when we got there and we had to wait for the staff to find him 3 times during our stay.

Apparently this hotel is under renovations or newly under renovations. When we got to the hotel and checked in, we noticed that the AC in our room was not working and the tvs would not turn on at all. The front desk sent an engineer to the room who was able to fix the tvs (apparently the cords in the back werent connected...easy fix) but the AC, he tried resetting but wouldnt work. The AC was set to 60 (not by us, thats how it was when we got in) but the room was reading 76 degrees. It never went down. He tried resetting, messing with the settings, nothing worked. So, it was very very hot for the days we were there. Otherwise, this was a wonderful hotel. The size of the suite was amaaing and would 10000% stay again. Just very frustraing for the air not working when its so hot outside
