We had an amazing experience at this hotel. It is in a convenient location and the property is well kept inside and out. And the front desk staff were all very pleasant. Upon arrival to our room we found that the telephone did not work and also the ironing board was broken. I called the front desk and they immediately had maintenance come to fix the issues but when he couldn’t they remedied the situation and we were upgraded to another room and with a better view. They offer complimentary lemon water and bottled water and cool towels for guests upon when you enter which is a nice touch especially coming in after traveling or from being outside on a hot day. I would definitely stay here again whenever I travel to DC!

Very clean, well-maintained, close to restaurants & convention center. Breakfast was overpriced, but several options available nearby. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Hotel staff were great and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and convenient to the Walter Washington Convention Center and Metro station. The only complaint I have is there is no storage in your room if there is more than one person.

When arriving they did not offered us water or anything like to other people. After the check out the staff was not nice either. We felt kind of discriminated. The room was super clean and we liked the place. Also is like 19 min walk to the White House and other similar places wanted to visit.

You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Just all-around excellence in every category.

No curbside entrance to the hotel. You have a huge sidewalk that should be cut into to provide a space to drive up to unload. Then you need more luggage carts. 2 is not enough.
