AC Hotel by Marriott Washington DC Convention Center

Clean, well designed room with windows on 2 sides. Beautiful view. Almost on the doorstep of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center so extremely convenient. Great choice.

Stay at the hotel was very good. Room was clean and really nice. Would stay again if ever need a night in DC.

We really enjoyed the rooftop lounge—it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The room was clean, although it was smaller than it appeared in the photos. Our only disappointment was that the friendliness of the front desk staff was inconsistent. Some team members were warm and welcoming, while others were not. I wish every staff member provided the same level of hospitality, as it would have made the experience even better.

Great, strategic location for visiting Washington D.C. Booking.com allowed us to book a single room for 5 people, but upon arrival, we only found two queen beds for 4 people in total and three shower towels. When we asked for an extra bed, the staff told us we had to book an entirely separate room. Why allow guests to book a room for 5 if the property cannot actually accommodate them comfortably?

One thing to keep in mind is parking, valet service is available, but it costs $70 per night and there is no free parking on-site, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Overall, a great place to stay in a fantastic location.

We really appreciated the all wood floors. Thew housekeeping did a very good job of cleaning the room. The major complaint is the "buffet breakfast". The breakfast was simply a continental buffet. There was no option to have ala carte. We had an issue with the air conditioning .There are no decent restaurants within walking distance. This is the primary reason I would not come back to this hotel
