AC Hotel by Marriott Washington DC Convention Center

No pull out sofas in king room. Hotel accommodated the change to queens fine. Great location if you are attending a concert at capital one. Opt for garage parking nearby for half the hotel valet parking cost. All of the staff were very friendly.

Great location but the majority of the staff made me feel unwelcome. I really wanted to like this hotel but it’s not for me.

Clean which is most important.

Very convenient location! So many good restaurants in the area.

Exceptional

We stayed for 2 nights. The location is great and the valet parking (while expensive) is quite useful, as there's no street parking anywhere. The front desk staff was very friendly and quick. The room was really spacious and the bathroom was huge. Everything was really clean.

My first time in DC and I will choose this hotel every time! Conveniently located and in a walkable area. Room was spacious and clean. Common areas were clean and well maintained. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant/lounge. A fun place to go on a Friday and Saturday night. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you want convenience, luxury, and fun

I didn't like the charges just to be able to park. Also, you should state this in the reservation.

The bartender was wonderful

Exceptional

Great property lovely rooftop restaurant bar.

It was okay for the 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was modern and clean. My son loved the gym. The largest hotel gym we've seen. The hotel was close to restaurants and our event. We were told the valet parking couldn't accommodate our Ford F150 so we parked directly accross the street at the LAZ lot. It worked out well.

Disappointing

.

Amazing clean and beautiful. Close to everything!

Location close to work. Our power went out so I booked a hotel close to work. The power ended up being restored earlier than expected, so I canceled the reservation. Only to find two charges on my credit card. The full charge and an additional $100.00 charge. When I called the property to get it fixed, I was told to reach out to Booking because they didn't notify the hotel of the cancelation. I was rushed off of the phone very rudely.
