We thought the property was great until my daughter saw a roach in the bathroom, The staff helped immediately by sending maintenance. He and I sprayed that room like there was no tomorrow. Later that night another guy came and again he and I sprayed that entire room. He was worried about the smell of the raid. I didn't care about that I was worried about our safety from that dang on bug. Walking and looking down at all times. Watching the walls while showering. Zipping our suitcases after every use. It was a hard 24 hours before leaving but we survived. Thank God we didn't bring none of their cousins to our home. Also, They billed me an enormous amount for parking. Totally different from what I was told from Expedia.

The stay was pretty good, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and room was comfortable, A/C was a bit noisy, but other than that it was a great experience!

This hotel is close to most of the attractions but you still have to do a lot of walking. Alex helped us with the check in and his customer service skills were excellent. Some of the other front end staff need to work on smiling more while being at the front desk. all other staff and services were excellent. The city buses and tour buses stops are very close to this hotel. There are a lot of options to eat nearby and a walgreens as well within 2 blocks. excellent location.

The staff was very entertaining and fun to talk with. They definitely brightened your day. For breakfast I went to Starbucks since the food there wasn’t to my liking. Valet Parker’s were professional taking care with your vehicle. Walking distance to the monuments and museums

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in; it was a nightmare. They assigned me room 823, which had a dehumidifier, but the container was full of water, the room was infested with mold, and there was a terrible strong smell. When I asked them about it, they lied and said it was routine maintenance, so they wanted to remove the dehumidifier immediately and gave me a $50 discount. Later, I discovered a lot of water under the laminate flooring, which almost made me slip and fall. I immediately called them again to confront them, and they finally agreed to a full refund because they couldn't find a room of the same size for me that night. However, when I checked out the next morning, they ‘ate’ their word and refused to give a full refund, only refund $50. The front desk lady was incredibly nasty and rude; the whole experience was unacceptable. I can't believe they would have such a terrible person at the front desk; it's ruined their reputation. The breakfast was also awful. The entire service team was terrible. I will never go back to that hotel again. If I could give it zero stars, I would give it zero stars imme.
