Great! They didn’t have my room at check in, but I showed confirmation and they fixed it.

Was well kept and exceptionally clean.
-
The location and the friendly staff. It was not possible to open the window.
-
Great, clean room! Perfect size and staff was friendly and helpful.

No frills, but clean, comfortable stay in a fantastic location in Washington DC's chinatown. Huge variety of restaurants nearby (Fresh Baguette for breakfast and Chili Bistro for dinner were great!). The national mall is just a few blocks south; 5 minutes to the National Portrait Gallery, 18 minutes to the Air and Space Museum. Parking was about $27 with validation--be sure to park in the correct garage (one block south) and get the stamp on your card at the hotel.

Location was great for food and walking to the metro and the National Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was impeccably clean. Room is very tiny. Mattress was ok, not bad but not great. Bathroom door doesn't close without a large gap- no wonder they give you a sound machine! Shower curtain wasn't long enough, so water leaks onto the floor. I would have really liked a small mini fridge and coffee maker. We tried the rooftop bar, but they had no beers on draft, and prices were high.

Just what you need

Room was very small. Everything was very inconvenient and not Handicapped Accessible nor was it quiet
-
I recommend this place. Rooms are a little small, but it is a great option. Great staff and atmosphere.
-
I wish the staff knew more about the area. They couldn't give me directions for something that was two blocks away.
-
When I arrived they were sold out, and they said they had reserved rooms for people who had booked through third parties (glad I went through Expedia!) but they transferred me from a double to a bunk bed! 400 bucks for a bunk bed?! I don't think so. (It was still private, but very awkward.) I asked for a discount, and they gave me a $50 credit to food and beverage - which I used the next night.
-
Room was totally bad, who told you that who can put restroom next to the bad without any door? extremely noise and bad conditioner. Worst experience ever
-
The room was incredibly small and everything the hotel offered was an extra cost
-
The location of the hotel was great, right across from the Gallery Pl-Chinatown metro station. Many options for restaurants and access to the hotel's bar. Rooms are quite small and does not have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. Have to squeeze pass each other to move around. The elevators are a bit confusing, one goes up to the roof top bar, but have to transfer to a different one to go back to the room.

It’s was clean & comfortable establish really nice. Honestly, it’s not that I didn’t like.
