The food was very good which I usually don’t expect at a hotel.

Amazing service

Nice and clean room however there is no water bottle inside and shower shoes for shower. The bed is too high but it’s comfortable. And valet parking is expensive for me.

After a long day of walking tours, it was the perfect place to rest. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet.

The room was super spacious and clean. I love the bathroom and the lighting. The rooftop was amazing especially the bartenders. The gym had a lot of machines to utilize. I had a great time, I believe you would too!

I loved the property. I wish they had a pool.

I would go back again, I would just avoid 1 front desk employee.

Clean and nicely maintained hotel. Close to all places to go in DC area. Busy street in downtown but we were using uber all the time to go around so not an issue. Staff was very helpful when I had to request some additional toiletries.

The room was nice and very clean. The front desk agent was pleasant and accommodating. My brother ended up leaving something behind. The hotel sent us an email to a link to retrieve the item. That was thoughtful and much appreciated. I would definitely book my stay here again, upon my next trip.

My bathroom sink had a slow drain, upon arrival my room was not fully equipped with guest necessities.

The room decor and colors were attractive. I did not like that there was no microwave in the room. I did appreciate that the housekeeping staff were very nice and accommodating. I really appreciated being able to leave our bags in a secure location when we needed to.

My stay was just fine for my business in DC.

The staff at the property is absolutely horrible. Before we arrived i tried speaking with thr front desk before our stay and the man i was speaking to kept raising his voice and talking over me and cutting me off. At the property the front desk lady said she was too busy to call us when our room was ready but would connect our bonvoy account so we could look it up ourselves and she never did. So we had to call the hotel multiple times to check on our room and was met with attitude . No smiles or hellos from the desk, just all around horrible people.
