It was perfect, clean and good located

Staff was not knowledgeable about DC 250 race messed up my reservation parking expensive $80 with extra tax added

Nice hotel convenient location

We came in on an early flight and arrived at the hotel by 8am. We were just planning to drop off our luggage’s at the bell desk but after asking front desk they were so accommodating that they allowed us to check in earlier. You have no idea how happy my family and I are. We were celebrating my son’s 21st birthday and first time in D.C. the hospitality was above and beyond my expectations. So happy they allowed us to do that. Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean rooms, great location....rough towels!

I appreciated the close proximity to the Convention Center. The housekeeping staff was accommodating, as well as the restaurant staff. The rooftop and terrace were appreciated amenities. A complimentary bottle of water in the room upon arrival would have been nice. I was near dehydration after a late night check-in and long day of travel. That morning I had to call and ask to learn about the on-floor refillable water station. Luckily I’d brought a water bottle of my own to make use of it. Maybe more communication around that, or displaying the room’s carafe and glasses instead of tucking them away in a cabinet (I found ours as we were departing) would be helpful. All in all, a good stay for the money. I would return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Good location. There was confusion with the breakfast buffet and who could have access to it, so that was confusing. Both hotels should have access to the buffet.

Amazing location, minutes away from the main sites. The room was clean and met my expectations; the staff was helpful and friendly. I would surely recommend and it was good value for money.

Museums, government buildings (Capitol, SCOTUS) and multiple dining options were within walking distance or a few Metro Stops.

Our bathroom fan did not work. Other than that nice room for the price. Great location for walking to the museums and monuments. You’ll get your steps in for sure. Fun town and great hotel

We had a wonderful stay! The rooftop was unforgettable with great views, the restaurant staff and food were really good!! The housekeepers were phenomenal in making our stay luxurious!
